I bought new red boots that I loved, but when I opened them, one of the boots had black stains all over it. I was out of town so I didn't have time to return them, and I didn't have the patience to send them by mail and wait again. I contacted customer service by email, and they agreed to send a free replacement without needing to return the original pair. However, I still have to wait 10 days for it to arrive, which is really disappointing.
