Between the cancelled lessons and difficulty rebooking to the lesson from hell for my daughter. The instructor yelled at her, didn’t communicate when to turn until right at the turn, grabbing the steering wheel and pulling the car towards another car. I have asked for a call from the manager and have heard crickets!

Jean was an amazing instructor she came to london and gave me the best warmup and let me use her car for the test! As long as you get jean youll be ok shes great at calming anxiety! Thank you!

Paid $1700 and many mistakes made which in fairness they fixed but in the end upon driving to town where G2 was to take place we got stopped due to heavy rain and only had 10 minutes in town before test rather then the 1.5 hours paid for. Caused failed test… not a peep from them after. Not entirely their fault but we feel let down.

I wouldn't recommend ANYONE sign up with Young Drivers. Their customer service sucks (like no intelligent responses), their automated ai phone system keeps disconnecting, you can NEVER speak to a manager should something go wrong. The videos are too slow and long. it is impossible to find all the information you need on their website e.g. their student scheduling or cancellation policy. And should you come down with the stomach flu suddenly, you better just throw up in your instuctor's car on the hwy instead of the cancelling the night before or you could be slammed with a $333 cancellation automated charge.

Choosing this Huntsville Young Drivers was one of the best decisions I could have made. The entire experience exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. The instructors are incredibly professional, patient, and supportive, always timely in getting lessons started, and they truly care about helping students become safe and confident drivers.

What I appreciated most was how comfortable and encouraging every lesson felt. They never rushed the learning process and always took the time to explain things clearly and calmly. Their teaching style helped build my confidence so much, especially in areas I was nervous about at first.

This wasn’t just about learning to pass a test — they focused on real-life driving skills, defensive driving, safety, awareness, and building habits that will last a lifetime. I left every lesson feeling more prepared and confident behind the wheel.

The communication, scheduling, and overall professionalism were excellent, and you can genuinely tell they want every student to succeed. By the time my road test came, I felt fully prepared and confident thanks to all of their guidance and support.

I highly recommend Young Drivers of Canada – Huntsville to anyone looking for quality instruction, patience, encouragement, and an overall amazing learning experience. Absolutely worth every lesson!

Great customer service and best instructor! I went to another driving school first and it was a big mistake. Should have gone to YD right away. Worth every penny.

I took my driving trainung with Larry of Young Drivers, and he’a the best! He taught everything I needed to know, and while it was a big adjustment driving from the Philippines to Ontario, I got my G license in 1 take with Larry’s help. He was patient in explaining everything i needed to learn and answered all my questions which helped me in the transition! It’s definitely worth taking the lessons with Larry and Young Drivers!

Good classroom instructions, do not have enough instructors to follow thru with road experience, when asked for a refund of road instructions, they tacked on fees and charges. Driving instructors that they do have, do not work around your teens school schedule

Absolutely terrible service, YD has claimed this reputation of being a quality driving instructing service but over the last year and a half I’ve been nothing but arguing with their customer service and waiting months to book in car lessons.

My driving test is booked for next month and I yet have been able to complete my 4th in car lesson. (I have literally no driving experience) all because either their support doesn’t answer the phone or their instructors are some how all busy for a solid 3-6 months.
