YB Jewellers Anmeldelser

These guys are fabulous as I decided on a nice Tudor watch. I saw a bargain and went with it. They were so thoughtful and the communication was exemplary. I purchased a full set but when they went to retrieve the watch to send to me they could not locate the spare strap and extra links. They went straight to Tudor and ordered them brand new for me. I ended up not just benefitting from that but also with a beautiful extra protective case for my watch.

Would I buy again? Yes without hesitation!

My first time buying a luxury watch and had an excellent experience dealing with Jay.

Jay managed to source exactly what I wanted in time for my wife birthday at a fair price. The whole process took less than 3 days and I visited YB’s office to collect.

Jay spent time showing me the watch and talking me through everything. I was nervous as a first time buyer but left feeling really happy with my purchase.

I will be buying my next watch through YB.

I recently purchased a Rolex watch and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I placed my order, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

What really stood out was the customer service. Communication was clear and prompt throughout the process, and I felt completely confident in my purchase every step of the way. It’s not always easy buying a luxury item online, but this experience was seamless and reassuring.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a premium watch. A flawless experience from start to finish.

Jay communicated really well, made the purchase easy to deal with and my watch was delivered in perfect condition within a couple of days. Great service and I will use them again without doubt.

Trust worthy, watch as described, competitive price relative to competition.
Would certainly buy from them again.

Having recently bought a luxury watch from YB jewellers, I can highly recommend them. Great communication and product knowledge, underpinned by passion and enthusiasm, but without any sales pressure.
I was super impressed with the steps they take to ensure authenticity, which is massively reassuring with a big purchase like this.
Well done chaps, I’ll be back in the future!

Very good experience with YB. I initially reached out about a 2024 Rolex GMT-Master II. While the first piece had already sold, they sourced another 2024 model within 24 hours. Communication was quick, the team was friendly, and the process was smooth throughout. Would happily buy from them again.

I reached out to Jay about a Rolex Submariner Date listed on their website. Jay was responsive and ensured adequate communication throughout the process. The pickup of the watch—even though I wasn't the one who picked it up—was seamless and with security. The price was also reasonable, given the market price for the specific timepiece I bought. Overall, great experience. I found a reliable and trustworthy partner for expensive timepieces. (Which we all know how sketchy this space is.) Thank you, Jay!

Oz - that’s so much for the SD43. Superb watch at great price and v quick sale. 24 hours offer to receipt of watch. Superb service from YB thx Rob

My wife and I had been looking for a while for the perfect watches for us and had settled on Rolex but needed help and guidance. These chaps are brilliant. Both Oz and Jay were patient, shared ideas and gave us huge amount of comfort and advice as we went through the buying process. Nothing was too much effort and they hosted us several times at their premises in Hatton Garden. They sourced the two watches within weeks and were responsive, generous with their time and priced fairly. They are not pushy at all and understood how important it was for us to get the right spec and quality. We are delighted with our watches and had them in time for the festive holidays. Can’t recommend them highly enough and will be back!

The YB Jewellers team welcomed us warmly and gave us a top-notch experience. We will definitely be back to purchase unique pieces from Jay.

Awesome service; Jay, Orhan and Oz all really helpful and accommodating.
Great watch at a great price.
Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent seller and really straightforward, pleasant transaction. I dealt with Jay and nothing was too much trouble, good communication, great pictures and description of the watch and a fast delivery. Super easy, can't be faulted and would certainly recommend.

When I contacted Jay at YB he was very helpful, gave me a great price for my watch . When we collected the watch it was as described and both Jay and his colleague could not have been more professional. They are now my go to company for watches and jewellery.
I would highly recommend them .

The team at YB were excellent, from the very warm welcome to the knowledgeable guidance they didn’t fail to impress. Thank you guys!

It was a pleasure to deal with the YB Jewellers, messages were promptly replied and with a FaceTime call I decided to purchase my dream watch from them, parcel got delivered the next day as promised and was well packaged throughout with a little small gift at the side which was a very nice touch, watch itself is immaculate/unworn as described by their
website also sized properly without any scratches on the links and screws. All in all I am very happy with the service definitely will be looking to get more watches from YB in the future.

Friendly and helpful service from Jay & Orhan, who gave me a good price on a watch I've been after for a while. Highly recommended.

Jay was so patient and friendly and gave us the best price on the market. Definitely coming back.

First time buying a luxury watch online. Oz was excellent. Answered all my questions, very patient and superb service. Watch arrived on the day I asked. Would highly recommend. Sreedhar
