Selecting and purchasing was easy …..
Selecting and purchasing was easy, as was payment. Being kept up to date with the order was good, and the item itself is as expected. What let the system down was the phone call just after 7am from Relay, the delivery company, to tell me my order would be delivered between 8am & 12am, which was a bit pointless, as it was eventually delivered at 5pm.

There’s a lot of items on the website so had to search for the product I was looking for which was reasonably straightforward, as I’d seen it advertised on line elsewhere. Ordering was straightforward enough though and reasonably quick

I wouldn't even give them one star. I ordered the multitool kitchen vegetable peeler. I received a very heavy lump of rusty iron on a wooden handle. It was totally useless and I couldn't send it back because it was impossible to get details for the return.

I have reported them to Trading Standards I ordered a veg cleaner it looked good but what arrived was not what I ordered , I contacted them straight away the same day as the delivery I told them it wasn't what I ordered and therefore it was unfit for use under the sale of goods act they offered me a 50% refund I refused their offer and told them I want a full refund now they are ignoring all my correspondence, I wouldn't recommend them at all I will take them to small courts of I have too, I filled in YOUR returns so why can't you find it YOU offered me a 50% off and keep the item so how would you do that and what was the 50% off then ????

Products very poor quality. No customer service responses.
Products - extractor pump & bags for storage/luggage were of v poor quality - pump did not fit bags. Bags v thin and did not seal. Contacted Yaycart via Customer services twice to return goods and get a full refund. No response. Do NOT buy from this company.

Don’t even deserve 1 star- sell rubbish that doesn’t work - how can you be so bad that you sell a potato peeler that does not work? Takes some effort to sell this level of rubbish ….

Terrible firm
When I ordered I was not told how long it would take. Sent them an email I was then told it would be 15 days after it was despatched, at this stage 8 days after ordering it had not been despatched. I Emailed them again cancelling the order and asking for a full refund. The same afternoon it had been miraculously despatched. So now I have to wait 15 days to see if I get it. Avoid them they are useless
