Deal with this company at your peril. They advertised a high pressure water gun which in no way met their specifications. On top of that they advertised free postage and still charged me. Avoid at all costs.

I would advise caution when dealing with this company. By mistake - and it was easy to do as the ordering process was misleading - I ordered 4 items instead of only one. I got back to them to explain my problem and they sent an e-mail with details of how to return. I sent the required photo and order number. They sent me another e-mail - the same one as before. I now have received 4 of the same e-mail and cannot get further with them.
