قمت بعمل بوليصة معهم منذ اكثر من سنه وقمت بدفع ما هو مطلوب مني وتفاجات بانهم يخصمون مبلغ وقدرة ١٦ درهم شهريا من بطاقتي الائتمانية واتصلت مرارا وتكرار ورفعت شكوى ومازالوا الى الان يخصمون المبلغ من رصيد حسابي مع العلم ان بوليصة التأمين انتهت منذ اكثر من ٥ شهور . اطالبكم بارجاع جميع المبالغ فورا

The agent kept nagging for car insurance calling 2-3 times a day, I was promised that within a week I can cancel my car insurance policy but when I requested cancellation I was told that there’s no such thing as that !!! The information I got was incorrect, they trap you to purchase with wrong info, be aware of their scams

Very bad, very slow no answer

One of the worst services in the region. Plz do not believe what this people write in the website.

I had purchased insurance 3/4 hrs before and had ended up with no response until now. In website they mentioned in 2min purchased process will be done and with in next 20 min someone will call back... buy not true....shame on you people...I want full refund what I paid for. I will pay few hundred extra but will never buy from yalla compare.....

A deeply disappointing experience! This company operates in a highly unprofessional manner, dragging customers to the last moment while consistently increasing prices. To make matters worse, they enrolled me in a service I never requested and started charging me monthly for it.

Despite canceling my car insurance with them after a year, the charges for this unwanted service continued. I even submitted a deactivation request through their website, but they still charged me. In the end, I had to change my debit card just to stop the unauthorized payments.

This is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against dealing with them. It feels like they prioritize exploiting customers over providing genuine service. Avoid at all costs!

Cheaters and they use hidden charges of 11 dirham using my Visa card without any permission. Please advise how to stop it if you have same experience

Experienced the worst customer service when I wrongly decided to take a car insurance renewal offer from Yallacompare agent named Mohammad Junaid. He made me pay for a policy that has yet to be approved by Qatar Insurance. When it’s time to get my vehicle renewed, that’s when they told me that they would need to set a lower car value to have it processed! So unprofessional.

Hidden monthly charge buried in the small print, no option to remove. Beware of these scammers!

Terrible after-sales service. I bought insurance from them, trying to get the start date changed, or canceled, but they aren't assisting in anything at all. they said it's your problem and not ours, but a new one. The policy is not in effect and it's been 4 months since they are keeping it hanging there as they have their slabs for cancellation percentage and don't want to refund it.

I would give them minus 10 stars for after sales service and support and poor customer relations.

I bet the team will reply that there is no customer with your name etc etc. I have a policy receipt as well.

very bad customer service, I have been cheated. by YC agent as they confirmed that rent a car is included in my policy. however, i discover it's not been added when i need it.

I tryed to take a car insurance there price is 1428 aed , I check with other provider they offered me for they offered me 1229 aed, yellacompare price is very higher then other.

I ordered a health insurance for an employee using their website. After a month 11 AED was deducted from my VISA card that I used to pay the insurance ONCE.
They used the credit card without my consent or without me ordering anything for an insurance I did not order.
Stay away from them.

The most horrible insurance provider I ever dealt with in my 20 years living here in the UAE. Price hiking at purchase. I will never recommends this website/company to anyone.
