Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. I bought the wrong surf sock and they were more than happy for me to return it. Because my board is really wide, I couldn’t use the normal dimensions for a sock. So they tried out a few there end on some wide boards, and found the right one for me. Highly recommend using this website 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I bought the Dakine wallet as a gift and it was a big hit. Yakwax delivered quickly and hassle free. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have more photos of the wallet prior to buying. I wasn't sure what the inside of the wallet would look like, and Dakine has several varieties even within their trifold options.

Hi Dayle
Many thanks for your order but very sorry to hear you haven't received it yet.
I have looked in to your order to see what has happened and to give you a detailed explanation.
We received your order on Tuesday December 28th which was a bank holiday.
Despite this our team was still in and packing orders ready for dispatch on Wednesday 29th when the postal services were back open again.
You opted for the Free delivery option that takes on average 3-5 working days (and is detailed on the product and checkout pages), thus far your package has been in transit 3 full working days, today will be the 4th so if you haven't received it today I would expect it to be with you in the next couple of days.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to us by phone or email should you need any further information and we will be more than happy to assist you.
I hope you love your new hoodie and thanks once again for using Yakwax.
Kind Regards
Johnny
