Delivery took a while due to delay with the shaper but the guys at YakWax kept me informed throughout and helped me get the new board set up and ready to roll!

Thanks for your order and review but I'm very sorry to hear the seat cover wasn't right for your car and you felt our service only warranted a 2 star review.
I'm very pleased that our delivery was swift and you felt the product was good quality but it is a great shame it wasn't a good fit for your seat.
I hope despite this that you felt our overall service was better than 2 stars and that was more of a reflection on the disappointing fit rather than something we have or haven't done.
We are only a phone call or email away should you need any information about any of our products such as measurements, dimensions, further info on materials etc, we are always willing to go above and beyond to offer an excellent customer service so I'm very sorry if we have let you down on this occasion.
