Over the past years, I have registered 2 yachts with BlueWater Registration Services and I am very happy with their service. Jeroen is very knowledgable in this field and gives spot-on advice. Ingrid is super efficient with replying to emails and making the whole process easy and smooth. The service is ok
The service is good, but prices are excluding VAT (with honestly is not a every day consumer issue) so expect always an extra 21% on top. The shipping of the licence is not from Poland but from the Netherlands, so if you live in EU the whole email saying it may take 3/4 weeks and it may get lost it is simply fear mongering to make you pay an extra 62 Euros. I find this a very deceiving practive. The overall team is very "Dutch" in attitude, so their time is more precious than yours ) in case you need anything.
UPDATE to my previous review.
So it turns out that all the messages I sent with regards to the shipment (to correct the address and to stop the collection, once I understood were it was shipping from) were gone unseen as Mr Korthuis (apparently the only responsible) was not in the office, talking about efficiency and organization. Only the "assistant" who answered the phone tried to help (apologies for this title but she did not introduce herself clearly). What I find amusing is that Mr Korthuis definitely found the time to write back on my review, but could not reply properly to the questions and request of a paying customer. This all said, the great assistant managed to stop the shipment, correct the address, and send all via post at no cost. I received the money back without probelms and FYI, the letter arrived the day after ))).
So I am upgrading this review to 3 stars (from 2 initially).
Again the service is good, but I do have an issue with the non-transparent, non-personal approach (or at least this was my experience). If all was more clear I would agree to a 4 stars, if there was a swift response to the messages maybe even a 5 stars.

Dear Filippo, first of all thank you for taking the time to give us a detailled review. To be very honest it was quite a disappointment for our team to read it. I will also explain you why. It is correct that we are Dutch as we come from The Netherlands. being Dutch means in practice that we are highly organized, punctual, honest and with a high work moral. So i see that as a positive thing. Let's make a timeline. You created your order on the 20th of June. We have approved the order on the same day. Invoice was send also the same day and 2 days later on Saturday the 22th of June we have received your payment. On Monday the 24th (first working day after the 22th) we have send the electronic dossier to Poland. Already the same day you have received the provisional registration. On On the 9th of July you have received the digital scan of your permanent registration card. A couple of days later we have received the original card in our office and it was send the same day by overnight courier to you. As far as i can see all was highly efficient. Our prices in our offer and website are always displayed ex VAT as we have a lot of charter and maritime companies who can deduct the VAT. When you placed your order on the very first page you could see the price including VAT. If that was not acceptable for you you could always stop the request even before it even has started yet. Standard delivery is by normal post. But we highly advise to use courier delivery as it is much more safe and fast as not seldom shipments get lost with normal post and for which we do not accept responsibility. For this extra service you pay 50 euro plus VAT. Also this you could not order if this was your wish. If i read back all this i should say that our service was at least 4 stars if not 5.
