I refer to your mail of 20.1.26 and asked for more details to better understand your experience. In this regard I wish to write as under.



After listening to FM and other celebrities about the benefits of AI platform trading that it may fetch a daily profit of more than 50000 etc I ventured to register my name and it took me to Xtrade platform. One Mr Ashwinkumar guided me to open the account on 3.12.25 by depositing 23000 (241.50 dollars). He used to guide me to do the trading specifically in currencies. Even after trading for two or three weeks there no profit was generated as per the claims and the funds position was not equal to the amount I had deposited. In the last week of Dec 25 the funds position was showing some profit and Mr Ashwinkumar told me that I can get a withdrawal.



Thereafter the incidents happened as already explained in my earlier email. After 13th Jan 2026 when he in the guise of facilitating withdrawal siphoned off (his withdrawal boss had already siphoned off 240 dollars on 2.1.26 and thereafter went on replying that he will do the reversal, which never happened) 153 dollars and when I questioned him why he was making me deposit he simply said that my account will not be debited without given any other reason. I did not even get messages for the three debits from my bank while he was making me deposit the amounts. Trusting that my account will not be debited I did not verify my account immediately. After a few hours on the same day when I opened my account I was shocked to see the debits. To siphon off the money they had asked me whether I was having sufficient balance in my account. When I tried to reach him by phone call, messages there was no response.



Since 13th Ashwin kumar has stopped answering messages and he has stopped even opening the messages on his whatsapp number +447441427614/447441420010.



In total I lost 634.50 dollars even though at some point my funds position was more than 250 dollars. But these two manipulated and siphoned off from my account 393 dollars in order to cover their mishandling the account where I later on came to know when I generated the statement that there was an accumulated loss of more than 616 dollars which was never shown in the funds position.

Please note that my experience with these fellows is very bad and not fabricated or false. They simply lied to me to siphon of the money from my account. Because if they had told the facts I would not have agreed to pay these amounts.

My final opinion is that this online AI platform trading is useless/scam and now after the above experience and after losing around 53000 rupees I realise that it is impossible to make more than 50000 rupees a day by just trading on AI trading platform and the prospect of earning more than 2000000 lakh rupees is just a mirage.

The question should be "What went right"
I first invested in this company during the summer of last year, thanks goodness it wasn't a large amount of money, but it was still my money. I admit I did have reservations and I voiced them at the time. Since then I've had nothing but broken promises to ring in relation to my so called "investment". Whenever someone has promised to ring me on a certain day or time this has never happened, sometimes its the right day but never the time they stated that they would ring. Am I going to wait in all day for a call that more than likely wont happen I don't think so. I now can't get onto my so called "investment". I tried pre christmas and have just tried again but to no avail.
All I want is my original investment returned as soon as possible they are a load of sharlatans through and through. It's so long ago that I invested this money I can't remember the exact date

Ein Handel mit KI ist erst mit Fr.25000 möglich

Ich bin erneut von den Online Handel enteuscht worden.
Meine Empfehlung:
last die Finger von der Börse wegg, wenn Ihr keine Ahnung von
der Börse habt und kein Englisch könnt.
Es wird viel Reklame betreffend
KI [künstliche Inteligend] für den Börsen traden gemacht.
Ohne Vorkenntnisse vom Börsenhanden mit einen Einsatz von mindestens Fr. 250.
Das man mit KI aber erst ab eine Einzahlung von Fr.25000 "Automatisches handeln" benutzen kann, wird nicht gesagt.
Bei mir war es so, dass ich ein Mitarbeiter am Telefon hatte, wo gut Deutsch sprechen konnte.
Nach einer Einzahlung von Fr.5000
ist dieser Mitarbeiter plötzlich Krank geworden. Mit den neuen Mitarbeiter war die Komunikation sehr schwierig, da er kein Deutsch und ich kein Englisch konnte.
Wir hatten 3 Positionen geöffnet.
Man sagt einem welche Positionen kaufen oder verkaufen soll aber nicht wann man sie schliessen soll.
Da müsste man fast den ganzen Tag am PC sitzen.
Anschliessend hat man mich alleine gelassen. Man hat mir Geld auf ein Demo Konto gemacht, wo ich unter realen Bedingungen üben
könnte. Was aber nicht der Sinn von mir war.
Ich wollte einen Börsen Einstieg mit KI [künstliche Inteligend] machen und nicht als Leihe, noch mit 65 Jahren den Börsenhandel erlernen.

Retiraron mi opinión

Retiraron mi opinión, porque dicen no haber podido verificar mi identidad, ni revisar mi situación.
Tengo el registro de los $18,750 que le transferí Xtrade en el mes de abril de poco a poco, así como el deposit declaration. Tengo mensajes de llamadas de Agustín Fernández, Elias Pereira y otros que me han llamado . Lo que pasa es que se cuidan mucho de no dejar nada por escrito, y toda la comunicación es por teléfono.
Como no sé de inversiones, confié en los asesores profesionales expertos e invertí lo que me dijeron en donde me dijeron. No gané ni un dólar y perdí todos mis ahorros que esperaba incrementar invirtiendo en Xtrade.
Comparto mi experiencia para prevenir a otros.

los agentes que t atienden son personas entrenadas para hacerte perder el dinero porque si retiras el dinero a esa persona le sacan su comisión. Por nada en el mundo operen en plataformas como estas de CFD y NO sigan instrucciones de su “couch de plataformas” todo es una joda para endulzarte y q depositen dinero sin parar hasta q se fundan

Couldn't withdraw my dad's money

My father couldn't withdraw his money as the account manager is keep insisting they need more more money so that my father could withdraw his profit. Seems quite questionable as usually the platform will take the commission and give the remaining money.

Happy trader.

My advisor was Igor, he always gives good strong advise and guidance when trading. He has a strong knowledge and is very helpful when new to trading.
Trades do go up and down but he’s always there to support . Being able to with draw funds as and when required is a great bonus. It’s an easy app to use with good support.
Would recommend.

Recibi una llamada de mi abuelo que le hicieron una cuenta de trading por Xtrade, me parece increible, que anden reclutando personas que obviamente no tienen conocimiento de la bolsa para que inviertan en un broker con las tasas altisimas, para el colmo le asignan una corredora de bolsa que no te para de presionar para abrir operaciones SIN STOP-LOSS todo el que sepa de trading sabe que eso es una locura con CFD's y encima hacer hacer short, grandes timadores y aprovechados.

No tienen moral

I am reviewing my previous judgment.

Since writing my previous review the company have been in touch. They tell me I can withdraw funds in 1 week. I therefore reserve judgement.
