Der Verkäufer hat mir einen defekten Artikel geschickt. Ein Umtausch soll nur möglich sein, wenn ich die Ware nach China zurücksende, obwohl der Artikel ursprünglich aus Deutschland verschickt wurde.

Extelary has the BEST prices anywhere. My winder arrived earlier than expected, was easy to set up, and is quiet, quiet, quiet. I highly recommend Extelary!

Ordered the 12 x watchwinder with 6 extra slots. Item not received. Keep telling me it’s been delivered when obviously it hasn’t. Was at work until around 11pm. No photo to show where it has been delivered to if it has at all. The tracking number wasn’t recognised on Amazon Shipping or 17something. But they sent a SS of another one which stated item was left by front door. They just keep saying been delivered and check delivery depot. Refusing to send item or refund. In contact with Citizens Advice and Trading standards. With next step small claims court if need be. Never had a company act like this although never had an item not received. Only answer support emails once a day around 10am as I think they are in Hong Kong which is where it states on PayPal even though website has a London address etc. I will not be just letting this go as have not received an item I’ve paid £300 for. Obviously will not be purchasing from again and as said will take to court if need be.

Bought a 12- slot watch winder from them but had some queries. Seller was responsive and responded within the same day to the to and fro email exchange. Product was shipped fast and I got it within a week. Had used it for close to two weeks now, and I am very happy with it. Unlike cheaper models, this one has an LCD screen and individual controls where I can set winding speeds from 650 TPD right up to 1900 TPD which is already very high. Motor is quiet. Construction of the unit feels solid. Very happy with my purchase.
