A XTB foi (e ainda é), para mim, uma novidade. Resolvi experimentar este caminho e, após uma relação infeliz com outra entidade congénere (mas não certificada), os primeiros passos com a XTB foram muito cautelosos.
Até agora (pouco tempo ainda passado) tenho tido todo o apoio e informação que tenho necessitado. Para algo mais específico ou que não entendo na informação disponibilizada pela XTB, recorro à gestora que me foi distribuída, simpática, atenta e competente.
Com a XTB, passo a passo, num novo caminho.

I deposited £5,000 and shortly I decided to retrieve all my funds and close my account and after I received an email stating my agreement was "terminated." Despite this, XTB held my £4,999.99 balance while simultaneously blocking my login access. I was left in a position where I could not verify my funds or the status of my withdrawal. A promised callback after initially calling them to complain about this never occurred. I had to escalate to their Compliance department citing FCA CASS rules before the funds were finally returned the following morning

Although documents were uploaded they took long time to review them and put me in financial difficulty. They are dodgy and untrusted.

You cannot withdraw your money from this platform..Having traded on this platform for months now and trying to withdraw my available funds so far has proved impossible. I have provided relevant bank statements based in London UK and also the original credit card details and ID; but XTB have declined everything and are asking for more statements from different banks. Don’t expect any managers to return your calls as their customer service is very poor. I have contacted the FCA regulator in the UK.

Client sans soucis depuis deux ans environ , je rencontre de grosses difficultés depuis un mois. Impossible de faire un retrait ou un apport sur mon compte titre.
Le service client, contacté plusieurs fois, m'indique que la demande est en cours et semble me balader. Cependant, après plus d'un mois, le problème n'est toujours pas résolu. Inadmissible, mon argent est bloqué et je ne peux en disposer.

Leider kann ich den Broker zum Handeln (Daytrading) nicht empfehlen. Es gibt gute Tage, an denen funktioniert die Plattform, aber die schlechten Tage kosten enorm Geld. Da hilft auch kein freundlicher Kundenservice, da am Ende die Beschwerden abgewiesen werden. (Was irgendwo auch klar ist, weil der Broker dann vermutlich insolvent gehen würde.) Ich kann auch nicht ausschließen, dass die Probleme clientseitig sind, also aus irgendwelchen lokalen Gründen (Browser, Betriebssystem) auftreten. Da der Kundendienst aber keine Aussage darüber treffen kann oder möchte und auch keine Alternativen zur Verfügung stehen, ist zuverlässiges Handeln unmöglich und der Broker damit nicht zu gebrauchen.

An sich ok, aber dass einfach ohne mein Wissen Positionen verkauft werden, geht gar nicht. Es sind meine Aktien. Bei einem invest von 10 oder 20 Euro argumentieren sie mit Bewahrung vor Totalverlust xD und was, wenn der Kurs wieder steigt?? Das tun Aktien manchmal. Sowas geht gar nicht und muss vorher eingehend transparent gemacht werden.

I have repeatedly sent emails back and forth for 2 weeks requesting for my account to be deleted and spoken to multiple agents.
I've followed protol; requested funds.
To the extent where even if you have below 51p you can't get this transfered.
To no avail it is INCREDIBLY hard for you to request completion.
Currently no one is now responding to the chat box, emails are going u responded too.
It feels like avoidance.
I continue to receive daily emails even after I've unsubscribed.
Staff are not approachable at all.
This is the last resort writing a review on trust pilot.

I have several documented issues with XTB, and I will be publishing them with full evidence.
I worked as an Introducing Broker (IB) managing over 110 clients. The company handled the marketing for copying my trades, including Instagram advertising and promotional materials, with a budget of around $4,000 per month.
Despite this partnership, I received guidance from management regarding increasing lot sizes, which raises serious concerns about the impact on client outcomes, especially under the revenue model (40% to me and 60% to the company from spreads).
As a result, client accounts suffered losses, which negatively affected my own accounts and reputation, while the company benefited from its share. Therefore, I am requesting a fair settlement and recovery of my outstanding rights.
I also received $88,000 labeled as “goodwill,” however, I have evidence indicating that this amount was part of a separate Net agreement, with clauses restricting disclosure and referencing potential legal action in case of breach.
After the agreement, communication was abruptly cut off. A regional manager — with whom I had a direct relationship — deleted all our Instagram messages and blocked me. I have preserved video evidence of these conversations prior to deletion.
I will be publishing all details and evidence, and I am ready to provide them to the relevant authorities.

عملت كوسيط معرف (IB) وأدرت أكثر من 110 عميل، وكانت الشركة هي من تتولى التسويق لنسخ صفقاتي، بما في ذلك إدارة إعلانات إنستغرام وتصميم البوسترات الترويجية بميزانية تقارب 4,000 دولار شهرياً.

نتيجة لذلك، تعرضت حسابات العملاء لخسائر، مما انعكس سلباً على حساباتي وسمعتي، بينما استفادت الشركة من حصتها. وبناءً عليه، أطالب بتسوية عادلة واسترجاع مستحقاتي.
كما تم استلام مبلغ 88,000 دولار وُصف كـ “حسن نية”، بينما تشير الأدلة لدي إلى أنه جزء من اتفاق مالي (Net)، مع وجود بنود تقيد الإفصاح وتلوّح بإجراءات قانونية عند المخالفة.
بعد ذلك، تم قطع التواصل معي، كما قام أحد المسؤولين الإقليميين — والذي كانت تربطني به علاقة مباشرة — بحذف جميع المحادثات على إنستغرام وحظري، رغم احتفاظي بأدلة موثقة لهذه المراسلات قبل حذفها.

Very poor recent experience with Xtb ISA & online chat. Transfer of an S&S ISA into XTB initiated mid-Nov'25 took until end-Feb'26 for funds to appear in account. Lost about 7% compared to not having done ISA transfer. Multiple helpline requests proved useless. XTB ISA sounds good but isn't.

I was wary at first as XTB's cash ISA offer is very new. Account easy to open and once you get your head around adding money to free cash, then moving it to the cash ISA. Transfering £15k was held and investigated by my bank, but took about 30 mins and all good. 6% for 90 days is excellent and even underlying rate of 4% is competative. I especially like the daily interest being shown each day, even though it's credited monthly. So far, so good

Attention. Plateforme trés peu fiable (ou malhonnête?) et service client ABSENT.
J'ai attendu les 8 jours de délai révolu pour poster ce "petit" commentaire. (c'est le laps de temps dans lequel le service client prétend vous répondre aprés dépot d'une réclamation sur leur site -Pour ma part, j'en ai déposé 3 le même jours:08/03/2026-
Soyons pragmatique, je m'explique sur 1 cas ( les 3 cas étaient exactement les mêmes ce dimanche 8mars 2026)
Prise de position le 08/03/2026 à 13h20 : Je shorte une position, je mets un Stop-loss avec une bonne marge (205.1) en amont (puisque je suis en vente)... mon stop-loss est déclenché à 13h20 à ce prix, alors que le cours n'a JAMAIS excédé 203.20 !!! Ce prix de 205.1 n'est matteint qu'à 20h20. Bonjour le manque à gagner!!!
Le meilleur c'est que XTB à la bonne idée d'envoyer "des rapports de prise de postitions" dans votre boite, donc TOUT est tracé, mais le service client NE REPOND PAS.
Pour les plus curieux, voilà les 2 autres cas.
Idem: prise de position short sur crypto / Stop loss déclenché intempestivement à 14h49 à la valeur de 205.95... alors que la cotation à cette heure-la était de ...203.92 !!! ( 205.95 atteint à 20h30... j'avais 6h00 de marge devant moi ! LOL)
Idem: autre position short sur crypto/ Stop loss déclenché intempestivement à 17H01 à la valeur de 8.585... Alors que le cours n'était QUE de 8.56 !
ALORS, je n'ai perdu que ~35€, il n y a part mort d'homme, mais comment avoir confiance pour d'autres transactions plus volumineuses ?
Si XTB veut bien répondre à mes réclamations et surtout me rembourser les pertes, voire même me dédommager du manque à gagner... Merci d'avance.

Je n’ai jamais vu ça auparavant ! Ce courtier m’a littéralement volé mon premier dépôt. Après un dépôt rejeté par la société, il devait me rembourser sous une semaine. Cela fait maintenant un mois, et je n’ai toujours rien reçu. J’ai tenté de le contacter par téléphone, mais on me fait tourner en rond. C’est clairement une grosse arnaque. A ce jour XTB refuse de me donner d'avantage d'informations et de me rembourser.
Ne vous faites pas avoir ! Il existe d’autres courtiers beaucoup plus fiables qui proposent des virements instantanés.
