This company deserves a zero rating. Ordered boots from the a specific brand and color. They sent me something totally different. Their justification was that the boots were acceptable as the "meet similar characteristics. They know its is cost prohibitive to send back. They will not give refund.

ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!! Dont purchase from any site ASSOCIATED with Xshoppy!!! I ordered a scooter and received nothing. What started as the website Mr. GARDEN has now changed to T-gardness. I have been asking for my sales receipt from them and they cant seem to provide me with it until I can tell them what I supposedly received. Problem is tracking number is false and I did not receive my order. They have no phone or business address except for an email that also changed in the middle of communication with them. DONT ORDER FROM ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SITE!!!! I WOULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF I COULD...

Complete scam, I feel embarrassed to have been tricked by this company, we got so used to trading standards, unscrupulous Chinese companies can easily take advantage, it's deliberate and they are well set up for it. Obviously I am less likely to be tricked in the future.

Ordered a lovely dog sofa, got a tiny piece of dollar store looking foam garbage that in no way resembles the item I ordered. Trying to get my money back, but expectations are low. Seems like a trend with Chinese companies, and I’ve had enough bad experiences now to do my research before ordering.

This company is not a partner with Sea Turtle Conservancy. They are using our name and images without our permission. They do not have permission to give out our tracked turtles. They have not donated or support Sea Turtle Conservancy.

It looks like there is no DMCA form to fill out. There are MANY websites using our content that are hosted by XSHOPPY and there's nothing we can do about it!?!
Don't trust buying from websites hosted there as their photos and descriptions are not original and the products won't be the same as pictures show!

SCAM! INTERNATIONAL FRAUD! This company is using Facebook advertising to defraud people. They have set up websites with trending items for people to purchase from, advertise on Facebook, and send something very different and incredibly cheaper than what is ordered. Don't listen to any positive reviews here. After receiving a cheap toy drum instead of the steel drum I ordered from the fake "front" site named "Cozy" (staybuy.store), I registered a complaint with the "entity" who was emailing me with delivery (kokoerp.com). I was told the supplier cheated the company and they could not pay me. Then I began received sketchy emails offering me %10, %30, %40, and %60 refund and apologies rather than the proper item being shipped or a full refund for my trouble. I checked out the source code on the website to begin giving bad reviews on this company and traced this fraud to Xshoppy/Xshoppy.shop. This is a HUGE fraud in play, and likely no refunds occur either. Do not purchase from anything Xshoppy, Cozy or kokoerp.com or staybuy.store!!!!! They deserve zero or negative stars.

They use item's description of other sites, then they send you crap. If you complain, they answer quite quickly but they just ignore what you say, pretending you did a mistake when you placed your order. NEVER BUY!! The seller is Peciliadog :

Once discovered, they will notify the seller to remove or force the offending products, and even freeze the store， I think it's very reliable

I thought I bought a pair of skullcandy earbuds at this place through an Instagram ad. After a loooong wait, I received a pair of Chinese knockoffs. Did have a decent contact with customer service, though they told me I could send the buds back to China, paying for it myself. Ridiculous. Let me save you the trouble, stay away.
