Xpats-Service Relocation Agency B.V. Anmeldelser

Serge answered all questions I had. And he gave me all relevant information I needed to my case. Now I feel more confident and will definitely reach out to him if any extra help is needed in the future. Strongly recommend him.

Solid service when I needed a reliable and onsite company to help me move to the Netherlands.
I still live in the apartment they offered me (which I understand is quiet crazy in this country).

We have a cooperation with Xpats Service and are very satisfied with the scope of services and the friendly correctness of Serge Gerritsma in particular.

Soepel en snel geregeld. Fijn en prettig contact waardoor alles duidelijk en overzichtelijk verliep.

Serge and his team are very attentive and dedicated. They looked after our client with great care and there was never a question that was unanswered or a request that was too much. Great Service

I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. We agreed upfront on a "no cure no pay" policy - I pay for their house finding services only if successful. After three weeks, I only had two showings, of which one went to someone else and the other was significantly beyond my budget.

As per the "no cure no pay" policy, I decided to go with a different agency, only to be met by very unprofessional behavior: despite our initial agreement, I received an invoice of 1200 EUR. After explaining why I was not going to pay, Peter ten Hag wrote me an email with sentences like "I think you have to thank God on your knees for what we have done for you" and "I hope your new contractor will be to you satisfaction, although I don't think they would."

Very nice experience, Serge was really keeping an eye on each step, this company really helps you with the immigration process, no stress only working towards solution!

Very friendly service and transparent in communication right from the beginning which helped me understand the process and hazel free re-location from India. Thing which standouts compared to other services in the market is their trustworthy and prices. As the Dutch saying, they are direct, clear and values our time. Really recommended services for expats who are travelling for the very first time.

We were so nervous moving from Spain to the Netherlands with everyone telling us how crazy the rental market is, but Xpats-Service secured our ideal property for us!! Thank you so much, Xpats-Service team. Recommending you to everyone we know.

Xpats-Service were so patient and supportive throughout our relocation process! We can not thank the Xpats-Service team enough for their knowledge and calm demeanor while we were in the midst of chaos! You are incredible at what you do! Thank you very much and we love to recommend you to our friends and colleagues.

I received the best service from the first call including a transparent pricing overview. The team helped me to find an apartment, which is pretty difficult in Amsterdam. They supported me with every step from A to Z so I could fully concentrate on my job without bothering about my relocation! Thank you
