The part I needed I had no luck with getting in touch with Parts Select who told me I had to get in touch with Sears Canada which is no longer in business here in Canada.
Used ChatGPT and Xpart was one of their suggestions. I was able to get the serial number but not the Model as my phone camera cam out blurred but ChatGPT again came to the rescue. Armed with that I used the contact information on the xpart.ca website and also sent them a picture of the part(lower baking element) I needed. Later that morning I got an email back with a link to the part I needed. Ordered it and a week later it arrived. I now have a working oven again.

Ordered a starter for an elderly lady's riding mower. The old starter worked better than the Xpart "new" one. Sent it back Canada post with signature upon pick up. Called them, they said it never came, accused me of scamming them. Told them I had their signature. She apologized but never sent a refund and would not answer the phone. This happened a few years back. They are still doing that.Not surprised.

Do not under any circumstances deal with this company. I bought what was said to be a new denso starter for my corolla It was no good right out of the box. It had a one year waranty . I had to buy another one as I was away from home. When I contacted the company they said the waranty was expired even though it was installed as soon as I received it. All I get are excuses and false delays from them. I lost $172 and $25 to send the old one back. These people are scam artists and should be avoided.

This place is a front for a shady chinese ripoff parts distributor. Their website is setup to mislead consumers into thinking that they are buying OEM parts. Myself and a couple other people ordered what we thought and were led to believe were OEM DENSO parts. What we received were WAI branded chinese parts. Absolutely nothing on our receipts or orders indicated that we were not getting the DENSO parts that the website clearly shows and alluded to.

Neither I or the others have received any response from Xpart when asking for a full refund via email or phone. I suspect the positive reviews online are fake. This is blatant fraud and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
