Séjour moyen
Bonjour,
Nous avons passé un séjour moyen au sein de l’hôtel. Le prix est abordable comparé aux prix des logements à Amsterdam, mais nous avons été déçus du service lors de notre séjour. À notre arrivée, la propreté de la chambre n’était malheureusement pas satisfaisante : paire de chaussettes au sol, sous le lit il y avait de la poussière, une olive, un opercule alimentaire et au niveau de la fenêtre un bâtonnet alimentaire ainsi qu’un chewing-gum collé sur la moquette, l’oreiller avait des tâches..
L’accueil à l’hôtel s’est tout de même bien passé, il est à 20 mins en tram du cœur d’Amsterdam donc accessible, mais le service de chambre reste à désirer. Les femmes de chambres ne changeaient pas nos draps, elles faisaient simplement le lit et concernant les serviettes de bain/toilette, sur 3 jours c'était aléatoire, un jour il manquait une serviette de toilette, un autre une de bain, un autre le tapis de douche.
Je tenais donc à vous en informer en espérant qu’une attention particulière sera portée à ce type de problème à l’avenir.

Comfortable stay in Amsterdam
A modern hotel, a little bit far away from the centre, but close to public transports.
The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable.
The staff is really helpful.
There’s a bus direct to the hotel from the airport and it’s 30 minutes by transports to the city centre.
It has a good value for money!

Temiz ve rahat bir oda, her şeyin 100 metre yakınında olduğu harika bir konum — Amsterdam'ı keşfetmek için daha ne gerekir ki? Sabah otelden çıkıp doğrudan şehrin kalbine adım atmak gerçekten ayrı bir keyif.

Soggiorno perfetto
Ho trovato tutto perfetto, personale disponibile e gentile, camera pulita, bagno super, la doccia molto bella e pulita.
Pulizia della stanza e cambio asciugamani ogni giorno perfetto. In stanza ce la macchina per il caffè, manca frigobar però nella hall dell'hotel ci sono le macchinette automatiche. Ci sono 3 fermate per trasporti proprio difronte all' hotel con il num°21 si arriva in 20 minuti alla stazione centrale, e il 369 diretto da e per l' aeroporto. Vari locali per mangiare nei dintorni. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 6 notti, dovendo rivisitare Amsterdam tornerei sicuramente in questo hotel.

I stayed here for a week and I have in XO Hotel İnfinity, first time in the city really enjoyed my stay, staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable. The only negative is that room no iron. I should add the transport links are amazing, bus straight from the airport outside the door, we took 369 to from the airport so no taxi needed. Also the 21 bus stops the other side of the road taking you straight to centrum in 25 minutes.

L’hôtel est très propre
L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres agréables et la literie très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié .
Le quartier n’est pas forcément idéal en terme de choix de restaurants mais nous sommes rapidement au centre ville ( tram et bus à proximité ) .

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel, comfortable mattresses, and a beautiful bathroom. We couldn’t hear anything from the hallway or neighboring rooms, but through the window you can really hear everything – trams, noise from nearby pubs, and the general liveliness of the area. Still, it was manageable and we would happily stay here again.
We opted to skip housekeeping at check-in, but the cleaners came in anyway :) Otherwise, everything was OK, thank you.

dreckiges 3 Sterne Hotel
Wir hatten ein 3-Bettzimmer gebucht. Im ersten Moment hatten wir einen positiven Eindruck vom Zustand des Zimmers. Nach 2-3 Tagen haben sich deutliche Mängel bemerkbar gemacht. Wir hatten einmal unser Zimmer "reinigen" lassen. Es schien so, das lediglich nur neue Handtücher, die auch von der Menge absolut nicht gereicht hatten ins Bad gelegt wurden. Die Betten wurden scheinbar nicht frisch bezogen, sondern die alte Wäsche neu eingezogen, warum zum Teufel ????
Wir haben die Kaffeemaschine benutzt, nichtmal die benutzten Tassen wurden ausgetauscht. Das Fenster im Zimmer war sehr dreckig. Die Tür der Duschkabine war nicht ganz dicht, Bad wurde somit überflutet. Und die Spiegel waren nicht gerade die Besten zum zu recht machen. Aber Housekeeping war echt nicht genügend. Ich checke, dass die Frauen dort wahrscheinlich nicht gut bezahlt werden oder auch nicht viel Zeit haben. Aber wie zur Hölle habt ihr 3 Sterne bekommen ??? Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wirkten auch so, als ob denen nichts juckt.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Das Zimmer war am Ende des Flures, sehr weit weg vom Treppenhaus/Aufzug. Das Badezimmer hatte einen komische Geruch, teilweise hat es nach dem Dönerladen unterhalb gerochen. Die Kissen waren verschmutzt, wurden zum Glück getauscht. Das ganze Zimmer wirkt leicht abgewohnt, der Vorhang hängt nicht richtig, Flecken an der Wand. Der Flur ist dreckig, müsste öfter geputzt werden. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nett. Aber das Reinigungspersonal konnte nicht grüßen. Das Hotel ist ca. 30 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Hotel ist zu teuer für das was es bietet.

The hotel is well located in terms of having a tram stop nearby the hotel cleanliness is the worse. Basically they just change your towels every day but they don’t really clean the bathroom. Also the hotel smells like cigarettes and towels are stained. Not Staying on this hotel again

It was further from the city centre than I had thought, but public transportation was very close (1-2 minute walk). The sheets were weird and not fitted so every time I moved the shits messed up which was annoying. The water was nice and hot and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice.

Bon hôtel à prix correct
Mon séjour s'est bien passé. L'hôtel est à une vingtaine de minutes du centre-ville en transports en commun ce qui est assez pratique pour le tourisme. Ma chambre était propre et confortable. Seul bémol elle était assez éloignée de l’ascenseur, il faut marcher une bonne minute dans le couloir pour y accéder.

It was an amazing stay as usual, so many thanks to all staff and to all management team of XO Hotels Infinity, very great staff especially Alexandra helped me alot when i asked her about any informations about where to go and how i can get there,extra... And also Sarina and Yarek and all the reception staff were great and helped me alot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Accomodations were comfortable and the heated floors in the restroom was a nice touch. Location is a little ways from the centre but VERY CONVENIENT to walk across the street to the shuttle which is alot cheaper than an Uber. A quick trip to all the main sites.

Stayed here for 3 nights and I have no complaints , hotel staff were vey friendly and helpful, the room was spotless clean and beds were very comfortable. Great heating system in the room and the shower was nice too. Great location too as bus and tram stops were directly outside the hotel. Lots of food places around the area too. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other people too.
