XEOX offers functions such as optimized patch management and secure remote access for IT operations and is used in our company worldwide.

The tool offers a lot of possibilities, which unfortunately is not obvious at first glance - therefore only 4 stars - but once you have recognized the depths of the system, you realize that you can really do everything with it and any software (very large software catalog available) can be distributed and patched very easily unattended - thanks to the extremely friendly and helpful support, who gave us a free introduction!

The remote support, which only requires an Internet browser, offers many security-relevant settings for IT support, remote server maintenance and user support.

We particularly liked the fact that we were able to prepare for NIS-2 with the tool and were also able to use the "PNAC" (Port-based Network Access Control) extension module to only grant access to devices known to us in the network. The implementation went very quickly and really impressed our network technicians.

Monitoring and alerting the devices for availability, e.g. by e-mail, is easy to handle. It is currently possible to query whether a device is online and system-relevant data such as HD sizes etc.!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit diesem RMM-Tool und werden es auf jeden Fall weiter verwenden. Auch ist der Kundensupport ist immer sehr hilfreich!

Best solution for remote management of my company..

We reviewed 3 RMM / Remote Management and CMDB Tools. XEOX definitly gives you the highest value for your money. We are using XEOX for over 300 devices right now. So far all our requirements (Cloud Management Windows Updates / WSUS / Software Rollout and Remote Desktop Management) are working. It was very easy to deploy (even if the users are working from home).

We have been using XEOX for about a year now and are very happy with it. After the simple setup, all devices are automatically monitored and patched, so I can focus on other, more important things. We chose this RMM tool for its many benefits, mainly the automatic patch manager, CMDB and task automation feature. At $1 per agent, the price-performance ratio is excellent compared to other similar tools. Additionally, the customer support is very efficient and has always helped me immediately.
