Scammed

Would you care to say what happened to this booking? Why I was left stranded at airport at the busiest time of the year when my car was confirmed? And after 3 weeks I haven’t received the refund of the payment I have made? Booking number XML-20474084-REZERVASYON. No thanks.

At the time of your booking, our Gold Coast location had just recently opened and was experiencing an unexpectedly high volume of reservations. Unfortunately, this led to operational issues that affected a small number of bookings, including yours. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and for not meeting your expectations.

Regarding your refund, as the payment was made through EconomyBookings, the refund process is handled by them directly. We have already confirmed the cancellation and refund approval on our side. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank’s processing times, so we recommend contacting EconomyBookings for an exact update if needed.

We truly regret the situation and appreciate your patience.

Attention SCAM

Attention, this company from Turkey is scam. They provide nothing. The payment process seems incomplete, resuling in a bad translated "reservation" eMail. Maybe phishing, idendity theft, email spam, telephon terror, etc.

Thank you for your feedback.
First of all, we would like to clarify that there is no scam or fraudulent activity involved. We are a newly launched company and our website is still in its early stages. At the moment, our online payment system is not yet active because we are currently in the process of integrating with a payment provider and waiting for virtual POS approval from our banking partner.
Because of this temporary setup, when users attempt to proceed with a booking on the website, a preliminary reservation confirmation email may be generated automatically. However, no payment is processed and no charge is made to the customer.
Your reservation is scheduled for March 7, and our team will make sure everything is handled properly. The phone number included in the reservation confirmation email belongs to the local team who will welcome you at the location.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us directly at info@xdrivemobility.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
We understand that the current situation may have caused confusion as our platform is still very new, and we appreciate your patience while we finalize the payment integration and improve the system.
Once you have experienced our service, we kindly ask that you consider updating or removing your review if you feel the situation has been clarified.

Excellet experience

The vehicle was delivered on time, clean, and well maintained. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and all my questions were answered quickly. They made my travel much better than I thought. Thank you!

Quick service

I had no issues with the service. It went well, and it was performed quickly. All team members were courteous attentive and very helpful during the entire time I had my vehicle. The car itself was clean and in excellent condition.
