I’m very disappointed with the customer…
I'm quite disappointed with the customer service experience. Before purchasing the bot, there was no clear contact information or support available. Since the purchase, it's been nearly three months, and I’ve received no response to any of my emails or WhatsApp messages - despite reaching out multiple times.
That said, the bot itself performs well, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars for now. If customer service improves, I’ll be happy to update my rating to 5 stars.

A very robust and versatile EA
A very robust and versatile EA, offering extensive customization options. It allows for comprehensive risk management, including dynamic lot sizing based on account balance or the use of fixed lots. It supports multicurrency trading, features a news filter to avoid high-volatility periods, and provides excellent flexibility to adapt to various trading styles and strategies.
While it's highly recommended to stick to the currency pairs suggested by the developer, it's equally important to learn how to set up protective measures for challenging market conditions.
Overall, I highly recommend it. My only concern so far is the lack of response from the support team—I’ve reached out with a couple of technical questions via WhatsApp and email, but haven’t received any replies. That said, focusing strictly on the performance and capabilities of the bot itself, it’s definitely a solid tool.
Edit: I'm editing to lower the rating as I've been experiencing a couple of errors for a few days that force me to reboot MT4. Xaubot is not providing any support regarding this issue.
I reported the first error on the 24th March and have still not received any response. If support is provided at some point, I'll reevaluate my opinion.
It's a shame because aside from these errors, the BOT works well, and I've recommended it.
Edit: Xaubot team contacted me and they are solving all issues and questions. So perfect.

I have this bot for around 6 months. Till now I am happy with it. it is safe and I do not need to check it every time. It is a great system if you have fund account or big investment. for small balances I am not sure about it

I have been using xaubot for a while now, and I am very happy with it. It is very easy to use, you just set it up, and it will strat working for you.
The results are good, specially in gold trading.
Also, the support team is amazing. They were always ready to help and answer my questions during installation.
These are my experiences, but always be careful in the market, even when using a robot.

Best forex Bot i used so far. I bought more than 10 bot for meta trader and been testing them since last 3-4 weeks and this one came out perfect. Support team is very active and helpful and provided me with a set file that works like magic. Initially i made some changes to their set file that caused some significant losses but once i started using their recommended setting its recovering very well and giving me a steady profit without significant risk. I'm thinking about buying additional license and recommending people who are experienced bad bot, give this a try; i'm positive you will not regret it. If you have issues just contact the support and they will do the rest.

The bot is a martingale multilevel bot and is down 5,6% after 3 weeks. And this include the floating drawdown of -7%. I'm trading 4 pairs EURUSD, USDCHF, GBPUSD and USDJPY.
At the same time I trade with two other multilevel bots. Growbot +9% and FX Alchemist. +2%. So compared with these bots It is not an alternative.

Let us to explain the functioning of our EA, If you are familiar with Martingale strategy, you know that enters the second level twice as much as the first level but our bot, opens the same size trades if the signals received dictate it to.
Our customers have found success without using the currencies we suggested, instead configuring the settings with their own trading knowledge. This approach requires a solid understanding of trading. Since you didn't use the currencies approved by our team, you should perform a backtest on each one and evaluate its performance according to your capital and risk tolerance.

Visst det finns säkerhetsnivå som kan ställas in så att förlusten blir mindre men det är en klen tröst. Martingale har sitt ursprung i Kasinovärden och hör inte hemma i Forex trading.
