Xara Anmeldelser 

I've owned a fully paid license for Xara X for many years. I changed computers and tried to get a new download link. Xara technical support referred me to Magix technical support, since I was not looking to buy new software. Despite providing my serial number and activation key, Magix Tech Support claimed they don't have a record of my email (although my email predates my using Xara) and referred me back to Xara. Despite copying both contacts, neither organization recognized the problem or had any interest in keeping the customer. I'm forced to move off Xara. Looking at a trial copy of Affinity Designer.

Xara Web Designer Pro has to be the worst piece of software I have EVER had the misfortune to try and use. Buggy doesn't do justice to it. It is truly dreadful

Matt. I do acknowledge the very good support you have provided over time and it is appreciated. Sadly my experiences of the product do not match your support. I also appreciate I have an older version (sadly no longer with the additional resources!) but am very reluctant to invest in a newer version given my overall experience.

Mit Xara Designer Pro+ lässt sich eine website intuitiv und ansprechend gestalten. Und wenn es mal Probleme gibt, erhält man sehr schnell und sehr freundliche Unterstützung! Vielen Dank, das ist bei manch einer anderen Software nicht immer selbstverständlich; )

Ich kann es gar nicht glauben, der Support über England ist besser als er es zu Zeiten von Magix in Berlin jemals war.
Besonders die Chat Funktion ist für schnelle Hilfe zu empfehlen!

Xara helpdesk and support are not responding.
They do not refund the money
Cancelling the subscription is very confusing
You cannot remove your credit card
They designed the cancellation of the subscription so that after canceling it, it is extended for another year and a fee is charged for it
I am not interested in apologies and idiotic explanations on Trustpilot
Please refund the money

I've been using Xara products for 30 years. For magazines, image processing, merch designs, you name it. Great, easy to use, fast products.

I have been a Xara customer for over 15 years now.
I love the Xara policy to continue to make improvements sorting out problem issues and to bring on board great new features giving its customers additional tools to further enhance what can be done differently in the web and social media platforms. The response to questions and help I've requested are responded to immediately and politely.
I congratulate the Xara team on its acheivements and I'm proud to be a customer.

Great service in the town

2010 bin ich mit dem Magix Webdesigner 6 angefangen, 2014 den Webdesigner 10 Premium gekauft. Dieser hatte in letzter Zeit etwas Probleme mit Windows 11.
Nun habe ich mir den XARA Webdesigner V20 zugelegt. Alles klappt wieder prima und ich kann ohne Probleme damit weitermachen.
Danke für dieses Programm.

Der Support ist sagenhaft gut.

Der Umstieg von Magix war eigentlich kein Umstieg

Changed from the MAGIX WebDesigner+ which I was using since it's version 7 (I think) - means for really a long time. After MAGIX doesn't handle this product anymore I was advised to move my account to XARA. This worked perfectly and I can update and maintain all my websites without problems using XARA now.
Recently I had to renew my second PC and asked the support how I coud install XARA on this. The support was very helpful and the installation ran without any problems.
A little language confusion shall not be unremarked: I asked in German, recieved an answer in Dutch, responded in English and received an answer in German.. :-)

My experience over many years has been excellent. I have only needed to interact with customer services a few times but every time they were responsive and courteous.

I've been using Xara products since 2017 and they've never missed a beat for me. Everything I need to do I can do and the feature set includes all the tools I need. Very competent design package and always excellent support.

Although I've been working with Web Designer for a long time, I needed assistance accessing the product manual two days ago. - It was Saturday, so weekend. Nevertheless, I immediately got an answer from Matt with the appropriate links and the download link for a help-html file for the local application on my computer, which allowed me to continue working on my project. I'm impressed that I got help so quickly over the weekend and that's why a big thank you goes to Matt.

Matt has been more than amazing in his timely response to all of my questions, crises, and assorted other hiccups with Xara installation and use. I have come to not expect much from tech support of any product I buy, but this experience has been 100% positive. Thanks again, Matt.

I have been with Xara Web Designer since 2017, when I created my first site, and if it was not for the package I would never have my own site, as I would have to pay someone to work on it.
As I update the site on a daily basis, showing the changes of filmes in my city, I do find the programme very easy to use, and the support from Matt is really good, sometimes replying on the same day.
So I really recommend the package for someone that is not a programmer expert, easy to use and where the support is available.
