Ordered a t shirt and they stated it had been dispatched. Three weeks later it still had not been picked up by the courier.
Asked for a refund but not received it yet. Update: refund received.

Don’t bother. Awful attitude
Awful and rude customer service. T-shirt arrived about 8 weeks late and is nowhere near XL. If you’re going to use China as your suppliers make sure you get them to mark the sizes correctly. Numerous passive-aggressive toned and sarcastic responses when I complained to their “help service”. Never again

So on the downside, the sizing chart on their site and what arrived at my house was nowhere near close to one another. I ordered an XL coat and what showed up was the Temu version of XL. The coat was comically about three sizes too small.
On the upside, working with their customer service representatives to return the coat was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had with a company. Everything was completely resolved to my satisfaction.

I made an order over 30 days ago, I have reached out 3 times for an ETA and every time they say, OH NOT TO WORRY IT WILL BE THERE IN 2-3 days... Hard to give a good review when you cant get the product to a customer in 40 days... Sad, it looked really good!

I believe I’ve had three separate…
I believe I’ve had three separate orders now, the subsequent orders succeeding my first shipment of four tees. First of all, the quality is premium! The quality of the cloth is the best I’ve ever seen with an online store order and the print is five star. The only “complaint” is it takes a long slow boat from China. Nonetheless, if I don’t have to have it within three weeks I will definitely order again and again.

I saw their shirts online and thought they looked cool. When my order arrived the sized M was a bit big so I asked their customer service for an exchange for size S. They were very helpful to work with and all I needed to do was donate the Ms and they sent me new ones. They’re on the way and I look forward to trying them on!

Avoid. NEVER use these jokers
Absolutely crap company. Placed an order and weeks later chased it up, they said they’d taken a 3 week holiday and not even bothered to let me know. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ll be tracking down all their social media and giving negative reviews. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Never ever ever use this crap company.
Edit: this bunch of jokers have now decided to start insulting me via email rather than owning and admitting here they’ve messed up. And this is 100% authentic.

Is this a Real Company? HMMMMMMM
I bought a couple of shirts and they never shipped. Either this company is fake or poorly managed. Either way I tried to cancel my order, but I fully anticipate eating $62 for two shirts.
Update: After waiting over 30 days with nothing to show for it, I requested a refund. Shockingly, they refused. Instead, they offered to “work with me” if I took down my review. Hard pass. Apparently accountability is not part of their business model.
I went ahead and contacted AMEX, shared the email chain, and surprise, got my money back without jumping through hoops.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company unless you enjoy paying for things you will never receive.

Order 8816. I got an email to do a review while the Shop app says that it’s in transit. And no response from email or directly on the website. This seems to be yet another fancy Instagram page with an amazing media campaign that doesn’t actually deliver on anything.
