Zylo is one of the largest primary school club providers in the South East, running over 30 after school drama clubs, as well as daytime music lessons, every week during term time. During the holidays we offer out-of-school filmmaking courses for children aged 6 to 14.

Fantastic drama club
Our daughter always comes out of drama club really excited. She loves all the games and activities. It's really great for using her imagination, and she is growing in confidence.

Thank you for your feedback Ligita.
We are assuming you have left this review because we recently contacted you about an overdue invoice for your daughter's drama club place. You then informed us that she had not been going, but you had not cancelled your booking.
Usually our policy would be to charge you for any sessions that had taken place up to the point that you cancel (since there is a waiting list of children who would like to attend in your daughter's place), but we ultimately waived the fee for you entirely after just a couple of emails back and forth so are a little surprised that you consider this an unpleasant experience.
You said that you left us a voicemail in December to which we had not responded. Despite our not being able to find this voicemail we accepted you at your word. Regardless, you had not attempted to contact us since then despite having been sent several emails and texts about your booking over the past few weeks, any of which you could have replied to.
We were happy to cancel your booking at no charge (despite this not being our usual policy in these circumstances) after communicating with you so are disappointed that you still felt your experience was unpleasant enough to warrant a 1-star review. If you have suggestions as to how we can make our booking structure even clearer for our customers in the future, we'd be happy to receive them.

My daughter absolutely loves her Zylo sessions. It's helping her grow her confidence and she just has so much fun. The team is great and the communication is excellent.

Fantastic drama club
Fantastic drama club that caters to all children, and ensures that everyone has a equal role regardless of their initial capabilities. They introduce new concepts and children love learning. We have had a variety of teachers over the last couple of years but they are all as equally passionate and engaging for the children. Would highly recommend!

My daughter has been going to Zylo for a few years now and loves it.
I would really like to see Zylo putting on a little performance once or twice a year with the children, so that parents can see what they have learnt.

We will take your feedback on board regarding performances. Traditionally our singing lesson students will perform semi-regularly in school assemblies but not exclusively to parents as the lessons take place in the school day. We'll consider how we can bridge that gap!
An enjoyable after-school club
My daughter has really enjoyed her Zylo drama classes, and putting on a mini-performance for parents at the end of term.

Great performance from all the children! My daughter has been having a really good time with the drama club and is helping with her reading and to boost her confidence! The drama teachers have been great making sure everyone is up to date with the classes and the performance, really amazing! Thank you
