My shoes were never delivered. After almost a month of waiting, I contacted Zyccie to request a refund. They indicated there was a problem with my address and I needed to contact the post office. I contacted the post office and was informed the shoes had been returned to Zyccie almost two weeks prior due to a customs issue. I contacted Zyccie again to request a refund. They offered to reship the shoes. I wrote that I no longer wanted the shoes, I wanted my money back. They wrote asking me to reconsider. I wrote again that I wanted my money back and didn’t want the shoes. They wrote back that they would send shoes. I wrote back a third time that I wanted my money refunded not the shoes. Just got a response saying they would reship shoes.

A big fat 0️⃣!!! Do not buy from this company!! All fake merchandise!! They make promises and do not deliver, sent wrong size and has the customer pay for all shipping costs which exceeds the dollar amount of item ordered!!

This company might as well say they don’t do returns because that is exactly what Will will happen to you. I ordered a shoe and said it wasn’t comfortable and they kept replying back about the size . They had me take a picture of the box, the size label of the shoes and a picture of the shoe on , but it had nothing to do with the size so the said I still couldn’t return them .

Read the fine print! You actually can’t return shoes you don’t like or that don’t fit. The customer service is terrible. Stay away!!

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Love the look of the shoes I received but quality is not good. One of them speaks horribly so I can not wear them. The sound is so loud and it appears to be from poor material. There refund policy is basically non-existent because they claim they tell you all the details in the description.

I ordered a formal dress from them thru Amazon. I did receive the dress after a month's time. It was not what I was expecting. Cheaply made. I requested a refund, not realizing this was 3rd party shipping. They sent me an invalid return label. Currently, Amazon is helping me get my refund. This company has stopped responding to Amazon. Fortunately, Amazon has promised to refund my money within 48 hours. So I'm not mad or blaming Amazon. They were also scammed.

Chinese company making poor quality "Nike" knock off shoes. 4 weeks to receive the beat up box. They are pushing back on a refund. I forwarded all details including email communications and pics from every step of the way. Also sent the knock off, bad quality, bad smelling shoes to Nike Corporation.

This company is a SCAM! They will NOT RESPOND, SELL HORRIBLE KNOCK OFFS!!! I WILL write a NEGATIVE REVIEW EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS AND THE MIDDLE FINGER!!! HOW DARE YOU PROMOTE YOUR COMPANY AS A U.S. BASED COMPAY WHEN YOU ARE IN CHINA!!!! NEVER HAVE I EVER SEEN SUCH SHENANIGANS IN MY LIFE!!! DO BETTER, WE WORK TOO HARD FOR OUR MONEY!

I would rate this company zero stars if that were an option!

I ordered two pairs of shoes over a month ago and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The shipping took far longer than advertised, and despite the tracking showing that both pairs were delivered, only one pair actually arrived.

To make matters worse, the shoes that did arrive had an overwhelming plastic/chemical smell right out of the package, making them seem very cheap and poor quality.

I have contacted customer service multiple times, and every response is the same generic message claiming the missing item will arrive in “2–4 business days.” Weeks later, I am still waiting. They are also refusing to issue a refund because they want the item returned—even though I never received it in the first place!

Between the poor quality, misleading delivery status, terrible customer service, and refusal to resolve the issue, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend buying from ZYCCIE.

I would rate this zero if it was an option! I ordered shoes over a month ago and every time I email them it’s the standard BS that it’s coming 2-4 business days. They are refusing to refund me because I do not have the shoes to return! TOTAL SCAM

Really good quality!

My shoe arrived yesterday, it’s smells like plastic. I regret buying it and QR code don’t even reads and I compared to my other once it’s definitely a copy, I’m returning it and report it on credit card company.

These shoes are fake, and cheap fakes! The soles came out after wearing one time. Do not purchase!

It seemed like I was ordering from OC- On Cloud till I checked out. I then messaged support to cancel the order before it processed but no response- took a long time to get the shoes and the were a 9W not a 9. Their response for a return had me take pictures of everything for their evaluation and now said no- they are women's size 9.
Other reviews are pretty bad! Avoid at all costs!!

absolute pathetic , the owner needs to be visited by the authorities for stealing money on goods he can not provide, i waited 3 months for an order, finally arrived and they shipped me a size 12 not an 11 which i ordered, i will contact my bank to refuse the charges as this company needs to be flagged by shopify.,

This appears to be a complete scam. I ordered a product with shipping protection for 167.00 in January. I have communicated with them several times via email. The answers have been "check with your neighbors" "it has been shipped" to "we are having a problem with our shipping partner" to " it has been re-shipped and you should received it within 3-5 business days. In the meantime SHOP still lists it as awaiting shipping information. It has now been 3 1/2 months with no resolution. It has to be a scam or very poorly run. Do not but from this website!

Scammer! Bought OnClouds Tilt. They had a horrible plastic odor. After some research I was sure these were fake. Emailed them - they offered 50% refund to keep the fake smelly sneakers. Never heard back. I contacted my credit card company and they credit me and settled the dispute with the company. Always use a credit card - it’s easier to dispute purchases!

I wanted to return a pair of shoes because I did not like the over all fit. After several emails and repeat photos that they requested they offered 50 % for the unworn shoes.
It also took longer than they said to receive the shoes and they were slow yo respond to emails.
