Definitely giving them 5 stars, I'm a new customer and I just bought my very first package and yeah shipping took a little long but everything was legit and anytime I had a question they were quick to respond. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new source.

This was one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had, and yes, I completely lost my temper and verbally abused John. But after what happened, I stand by why it got to that point.

I’m not even a new customer—this was my second order over $900 in less than a month. I came back to buy again expecting at least basic reliability. Instead, it turned into a complete mess.

I placed order #84242 on March 18, 2026 for $903 and paid immediately via USDT.” I made it explicitly clear in my very first email that I would be traveling out of state on April 6, and that if the package didn’t arrive in time, I would be at risk of losing it since the carrier typically leaves deliveries unattended at the door.

John claimed delivery usually takes 15–17 days. Fine. But by March 30—almost two weeks later—the package hadn’t even shipped yet. Not delayed in transit—it hadn’t even been shipped.

That’s when I lost my temper and went off on John. And that didn’t come out of nowhere. It came from being strung along for nearly two weeks with no progress, no tracking, and no real answers.

Then instead of fixing the situation, John threatened to cancel my order and keep my money because he didn’t like my tone. That’s not just unprofessional—that’s shady as hell.

And here’s the kicker: the same day I went off on him is when they finally decided to ship something. But even then, they screwed it up. I only received half my order—the TB-500. The BPC-157, worth close to $500, was completely missing.

Now I’m still chasing them for the rest of my order and a second tracking number, dealing with the same delays and lack of communication.

They keep saying “we’re not scammers,” but when you take $903, sit on the order for weeks, only ship after being called out, and then send just half of what was paid for, it absolutely feels like I got scammed.

Avoid this company unless you want to risk your money, your time, and your sanity dealing with a completely unreliable and unprofessional operation

There was two items ordered and paid, but received only one of them. No more response from seller. Disappointed as I thought this was a reliable store. Do not recommend.

BUYER BEWARE! John at ZPHCstore is a thief. I bought products and paid for them. He confirmed my payment and told me he was transferring my order to the shipping department. The next day he told me he did not like my email address and was cancelling my order and keeping my money. Something has changed there and they cannot be trusted. You have been warned.

Have placed 4 orders over the last 2 years with this company and this last experience will be my last. Ordered my 6 months of TRT like normal, received the email with payment info and paid them. To my bewilderment was sent a notification from a international shipping service a couple days later, I pay $20 extra a vial for my Spectrum Pharma Testo C to be sent domestically so I knew there was a problem. Sent a email explaining that there’s an issue with my order because nothing should be sent to me internationally and he did absolutely nothing except try to coddle me like a child. So I waited for it to arrive and sure enough it’s their BS off brand that my skin has a reaction to, there’s a reason why I pay extra for the good stuff. Reached out again explaining the issue and alls he replied with was “send back, issue refund”. First of all, I didn’t want to receive an international parcel, I sure as hell don’t want to send one out and have to pay for the shipping to do so for his incompetence. Second The idea that injectables have been in a strangers possession and then will be passed on to the next unsuspecting customer is asinine. The garbage they sent me is going in the trash and I will never do business with this company again! It’s not the same company. DO NOT TRUST JOHN!!!

zphcstore.net is a terrible company. I placed an order on November 20th, received a tracking link, but the shipping company requested extra fees. I didn't pay and contacted zphcstore.net to resolve the problem. Only on December 23rd did I receive another tracking link, but today, January 14th, I still haven't received anything, and the tracking information shows that it was delivered. Since my first complaint, they haven't responded to any emails or messages.

I like zphc.
Great quality and packaging.
But we don't know who is zphc store.
They scam people money. They held your money and don't give order until you don't increase your order. Its not business.
But i prefer only work with zphc.com

I odered abunch of different things like i have in the past,great products if they are zphc but after not receiving my tadalifil and my cabergoline and john saying that i just need to order more things and then they will send me my stuff i lost faith...they were doing so well but you have to send the products ordered before you expect more money. Come on now do better zphc
