My Husband purchased me a rose gold locket bracelet for our anniversary, it kept coming unclipped from the first day I wore it on holiday ,when he first gave it to me. We got back and I returned it, which they mentioned there was a hairline fracture which could of been caused by a bang, which, this was the first day I got it , I couldn't wear it and you would expect a bracelet over £600 to be more withstanding , I sent the bracelet back, I had to chase it up constantly , the customer service has been appalling , I feel the jewellery is low quality and over priced. They told me after chasing it up they would repair the locket and send back, never happened, chased again - week at a time, then they said they was waiting for the locket from the supplier, chased again after another week then they have stopped making this bracelet/ locket - this is well over a month I had been told it was getting repaired, I then get offered a gold bracelet - yes to more value but i don't wear yellow gold or a credit note to spend on the website for less than what we paid for the bracelet. I asked for the money back but then they have offered a plain rose gold bracelet which yes on the website it says its worth slightly more but I'm not convinced, this is just the same as the bracelet I had the first time around without the love heart locket, so I feel like I've came worse off and that also took two weeks to come. I have noticed on replies to these reviews they appear a bit sassy and they try and justify the lack of customer service but I honestly would never buy from this company again, I have the email chains that no one takes responsibility or ownership, I feel if I didn't chase this up , I never would of got a reply , you would imagine with the jewellery price being over £600 you would expect the customer service to be a bit more prestigious.
I also called - No one answers the phone!

I was given a locket for my birthday and it had a small dent in it. I emailed to let them know and I had to chase for a response. They stated items were checked and it must have been done in transit but the box was not damaged at all. It was a poor excuse and I felt very let down and the fact that I had to chase a response gave me no confidence in them and I would not recommend.

Excellent sevice overall and item of jewellery was beautiful and was dispatched and received in only a few days just in time for Christmas via Royal Mail, i was kept up to date on progress of order many thanks will order from you again !

I bought a necklace from you guys I was worried about it not arriving before Christmas as its for my wife. quick dispatch and email response from you guys put my mind at ease. ordering was easy as well .payment fitting all the details in the little box made it harder but got there in the end .would order from you again.

I have ordered a st Christopher as a Christmas gift I have emailed 3 times and tried to call but the number will not connect it’s a bit concerning as I emailed before I purchased it and the responded straight away.

I’m disgusted and very angry, i spent quite a bit of money on this item and it came much smaller than expected and wouldn’t even fit on my head, as well as it breaking instantly after holding it in my hand, the price for quality is appalling and i need a refund. I would get better ones after buying it on amazon for £5

I bought a small White Gold cross and chain from Zoe Kay, and am really thrilled. It is hard to evaluate jewellery online, but I am really pleased with what I ordered. I have never seen a chain as fine as this, it is just amazing. Both the cross and the chain are exactly what I wanted, and I could not be happier.

Can't fault this seller ordered a ring for my mum a few days ago arrived today always kept updated tracking number great experience great value for money

Well, I was the holiday in Maidstone Kent from Republic of Ireland and just went on the website thinking I was at home blah blah ordered a ring job done and then realised I wasn’t in Ireland but they’ve been really really good and sent it over from England so I’m just waiting on delivery now but I can’t forward them. Absolute joke of a company!
paid £140 for a necklace as a gift for to be sent the wrong necklace, emailed the company countless amounts of times the woman was so rude and suggested that i should just keep this necklace and be happy as its a higher value piece, been over a week since it got delievered still havent heard from the woman ive askef several times for a return label to be sent out and surprise surprise she wont answer

To be honest I love the pendant I have recieved.

I'm just upset it took a lifetime to be delivered when the website clearly states additional 3 working days for engraving, but then takes 11 days? Or there abouts...

Communication terrible, they deafed me off via ebay. Then I had to gee them on with "????" For a response to where my item is via reply to there confirmation email...

I paid an extra £28 (I think??) for a couple of extra inches on quite possibly the most thinnest male chain in this universe. So thin I'm devastated.

I was looking for a particular set of gold Huggies that seem to have been discontinued, I spoke to Zoe Kay as they had a silver one the same.They said they could get a set made for me but it would take some time. I was happy to wait. When I received them I was very happy with them they were perfect and also there communication was good throughout too.

I brought a white gold pendant for my partner and it has developed a crack in it after less than 9 months.
I have emailed and messaged countless times only to get an automated response and nothing more, they were quick enough to take my money but not bothered about customer service after .

Edit I have waited nearly 5 months for a reply to my emails with no response whatsoever so why would they lie and say they have responded. Pathetic customer service

First time buying from Zoe Kay jewellery and quality was brilliant also customer service was excellent definitely will be buying from them again.

Ordered 10 days ago, no dispatch email or response to email

I ordered a beautiful sister ring after 2 other attempts with other companies and I was worried I wouldn’t find one in time for a birthday but I then found ZoeKay and found the perfect ring and prayed it would come on time and be what I was looking for. I ordered on the Tuesday and it arrived today and I am over the moon with how it looks so well presented in a beautiful box looks exactly like it did online. It’s a shame I can’t put up a picture and I will definitely be back for more in the near future already looking 👀 for my wife’s next present. Thank you so much ♥️

I have just purchased the most beautiful gold locket & chain from Zoe Kay Jewellery. Before my purchase I emailed a query which was answered immediately. I then made my purchase & throughout the transaction Zoe Kay Jewellery kept in touch and informed me when my item was expected to be delivered. On receiving it today my item was well protected & wrapped with care. I am so happy with my purchase which I am sure will be greatly admired & I am more than happy to thoroughly recommend this jeweller and hopefully to return for another purchase in the future.
