Ordered an individualized 3-D Sculpture, received a crappy 2-D „thing“. They refuse to take it back and reimburse the money. First 10%, then 30%…ridiculous for a „thing“ you can’t use to 100%

I’m so disappointed! I seriously thought I was getting something like ceramic. What I got was paper doll cut outs but they’re hard. Awful! I bought several for gifts! I can’t give these as gifts, Yes, they’re that bad! So deceiving!

Zinime una vera truffa assolutamente non corrisponde nulla. Si tratta di un prodotto non in 3 D una semplice foto su in pezzo di plastica e la cosa più grave che non rispettano nemmeno la foto da voi inviata e cambiano i volti.

If there was a rating less than one star I would have chosen it. The product that arrived was nothing like the original. I ordered this advertised product to give it to my daughter and her fiance on their wedding day when it arrived, it included completely two other people which was nothing like my daughter or her fiance I wish if I read the reviews before throwing $70 in rubbish. DO NOT ORDER OR USE ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

and is is a absolute joke , it is nothing like advertised there no likeness to any member of my family and the advert show 3D not a faded flat picture , I am trying to contact there customer service and here is only a messenger site which I have been on and they no nothing of this company

Not a figurine. Just a photo. DO NOT BUY.

I purchased what I thought would be a figurine of my family with a wooden base with a name plate. This is not what I got. Ut was the photo I sent them covered with an acrylic cover on both sides. I was very disappointed. When I complained they told me that is what was advertised. It was a 2D printing. Terrible scam. Please do not buy this product unaware that you will not get what is advertised.

On my order of a 3D picture to statuette, you put my one grandson on twice and for got the other one completely..THIS NEEDS FIXING ASAP. I even checked the picture, and both boys are on the picture. REALLY???? YOU NEED TO FIX ASAP.

Waited 3 weeks nothing so I emailed them WICH they offered 70% of my refund,so I said no and if they didn’t like it I go through PayPal,they tried to say loss of materials, which I replied not my problem. This is still on going,but please guys DO NOT BUY.

Contrariamente a quanto pubblicizzato anzichè un prodotto tridimensionale ti arriva una foto stampata su i due lati su un foglio di plexiglass o simile, ad un prezzo decisamente esorbitante. Fornunatamente avevo già chiesto rimborso a Paypal per ritardo sulla consegna. Alla larga!

Do not buy anything from Zinime is a con with very poor products and nothing like advertised

They advertise "photorealistic" "figurines" and what arrived was neither a figurine nor photorealistic. It was a perspex cutout bearing the images of two people I didn't recognise. Consequently, I spent just under £30 on a Christmas present for my brother and sister-in-law that I can't even consider giving to them.

Poor experience. Not only it took a month to arrive with no updates, it was a cheap version of the picture on acrylic, absolutely nothing like what’s shown on their advertisement. Stay away

I got the family portrait as gifts to my kids, when I received it all of our faces weren’t ours. Got a good laugh but yet wasted money on these. Doesn’t even have the background. Looks like shrinky dink material if anyone remembers what shrinky dinks are. I’m bummed that I won’t be giving these to my kids for presents and that they will be thrown away.
