I have been a customer for many years, but their service declined over the years.
In January 2026 I ordered 3 boxes of bubble mailers. They shipped one box. They could not tell me if the other two were available. After a month of back and forth I requested a refund for the 2 boxes they never shipped. They never issued the refund.

Wow! Finally a company that sells bubble mailers that are made in the USA! It took me so long to find this site and it was definitely worth the wait😁. So happy that I can support an American business and get awesome packaging supplies!

Out of Stock - No Updates
I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding our recent experiences with Zebra Pack. We have been ordering from your company for over a year, and the ongoing issues are increasingly unacceptable. Specifically, it is highly problematic that products which are out of stock continue to be listed as available on your website.
Moreover, the lack of communication regarding order statuses is troubling. In my last order, I received no updates for over a month and was not informed that the product was unavailable. This is now the second occasion on which I have had to proactively reach out for clarification, only to learn that the item was out of stock without any prior notification or alternative options provided.
This pattern of inadequate customer management is disappointing, and it forces us to reconsider our future procurement choices. I urge you to address these issues promptly to ensure that other customers do not face similar frustrations. I will be forwarding this to Consumer Reports and the Better Business Bureau to warn other potential clients of yours to choose another option.

I placed an order on 10/26. I received an email stating my items will be shipped on within 48hrs. I sent a reminder on Oct 10th (where is my order). Nothing - I just wasted money. I went back to Sticker Mule.

I've been ordering from Zebra Pack for years. All was great until I put an order in on 10/02/2024 and was not updated that the item was not in stock. Here I am today 10/09/2024 with no packages affected my business's delivery.
I requested overnight and apparently there is no option for that. This situation was not rectified to my liking and I will seek other companies for my packaging going forward.

We are told items are in stock but then…
We are told items are in stock but then take several days to ship. We have to ask for all the tracking numbers when we do have a problem. That should be standard operations to send all tracking info.
Out of Stock item
Placed order and tried to track order. Contacted customer service to see where my order was. I was informed that the order I placed was not in stock and no ETA when that size would be in stock. I had to purchase the mailers from another business. I had to ask for a refund which will take 5-7 business days. Refund should be immediate as my payment was. Not happy, but I will still continue to purchase from this company as this was my first problem. I never had any problems over the last 4-5 years, however, the inventory online should be verified so this doesn’t happen again. Customer service rep (John) was very helpful with refund and apologized for the mistake, he even informed me that I could get the next size bubble mailer in place of the out of stock one, but I said that size was to big for what I use them for. I will be back to reorder the next time I need bubble mailers. I understand that oversights happen. I am a satisfied customer. Thank You

Delayed shipments
Zebra Pack doesn't inform customers of back orders and thus shipments are delayed while a customer awaits their order. This has been very inconvenient for my small business as ZP continues to do this. Very disappointed with this company.
Poor customer service and lack of communuication.
You failed to report that your box press was down to your customers, and did not communicate the delay. This impacted the way that small businesses operate and ship their orders to their customers. This was an unsatisfactory display of customer service and communication to the marketplace. We do not reccomend doing business with Zebra Pack.

I placed an order for the very first time on the site, but still haven't received it. I order two week ago. Once I receive it, I can place a better rating.

Poor Order Handling and Excessive Advertisements
I have been ordering stretch film from Zebrapack for a few months now. 4 orders to be exact. Each time I order 2 boxes totaling 8 rolls. The first time I ordered them, I received one box in a timely manner and the second box the next day or two after the first. This did not affect business, but it was an inconvenience not getting it all at once and ZebraPack had very little to say about it when I called after only receiving one box the first day. After this first order, I immediately started getting excessive advertisements for ZebraPack on my personal apps. Some apps let you choose to block the advertisement (because come on, I'm already a customer, chill with the ads), but the ads continued after blocking them anyways. On our most recent order (4th order), I made it before leaving for vacation under the presumption that it would be delivered as the previous 3 had been, but when I returned from vacation (24 days later), I found out that my team had been trying to operate without it the entire time I was gone because it was not delivered. I logged into the web portal to find that the order was still processing. I did not receive any notifications from ZebraPack about the extended processing time and when I called them, they just said they will contact their shipping department to see what happened. That is it. I have been looking for another provider since the ads started because I am just sick of them and our business needs a reliable provider for our shipping supplies because checking back on, calling for, and waiting to verify accurate completion of every single order is time consuming. Giving three stars for 2/4 deliveries going smoothly.
If you are considering ordering from Zebrapack, make a throw away email account so that they can't bombard your main email with ads (maybe even on a different device than your primary) and also be ready to follow up, ensuring that you get what you are paying for.
