We bought a teak vanity from Zaza Homes and wish we hadn't. One door was split, both doors warped and not cut square so won't close, the screws for both handles were bent and when screwing the top down the side split. It's not solid wood, so when you drill holes for the drain and taps the layers of wood burst. Unfortunately we had it too long before we fitted it and couldn't return it. It's so bad it will have to be scrapped.

No integrity - avoid

Set out to buy a quality sink vanity unit from Zaza and found a beautiful teak unit.

On trying to order the new customers discount wouldn’t work. I phoned the mobile number (slightly worrying it’s a mobile) and spoke with Zara who was lovely, really helpful and processed the purchase.

On arriving, the instructions are awful, 1 page with a picture of it made. Complete waste of time.

The handle on the front was bent, the unit was marked in several places and none of the panels fitted properly. The carpenter putting it together for us said it one of the worst pieces of furniture he has ever seen

On messaging Zaza on Facebook I got no response. Day 2 I rang again and was told they were sorry but they don’t really monitor Facebook….so what’s the point in having it!!!

They agreed the return and I asked for it to be replaced with one in good condition. After 2 days I got a call to say they had spoken to the warehouse and the gaps in the panels were on all of them and the quality was considered fine. I explained the pictures on the website showed no gap and that the gaps allowed water ingress, I was not given a response.

The money was refunded and no communication received

In short a terrible product, awful quality and average customer service

Avoid this company and go elsewhere would be my advice

My furniture arrived very well packed and not a mark on it. I can't recommend them enough, the quality of the furniture was amazing.

Bought wooden sandy cove lantern,on arrival the door top & bottom was bent & was impossible to sit flush to frame,with gaps at top & bottom,contacted them by email (their phone number is useless,no dialing/ringing tone& nobody answers),their response was astonishing,they did not class this as a fault!,as it was handmade it was an imperfection!!,but could return it if I wanted,but in their eyes it was fine,as each one was unique!really a door that does not close with a candle in it!!,YES they did offer refund,which was also strange as if they did not class this as a fault WHY were they going to arrange courier to pick it up & return it to them,as their returns policy states if you are unhappy with the goods, postage is paid by yourself?,why could they not just admit this was a fault,I paid for a more expensive lantern thinking I would get better quality,WRONG,I asked if they would deduct a sum off the original cost & see if my husband could try & align door,no reply to that, I wish I could have included photos here,overpriced poor quality,will never use this company again.

I was looking for a sideboard and I found the Eloise sideboard from ZaZa homes. I didn’t think twice about buying it. A beautifully crafted, solid piece of furniture. Customer service excellent too. I love it, love it, love it. So much so I’m going to buy another one soon.

I could not recommend this company more highly - gorgeous, well made products and well priced. The kitchen stools i bought have been endlessly commented on. The items were well packaged and arrived so quickly the company might as well have lived next door. And customer service was incredibly communicative and helpful. 11/10 stars

Cannot praise this company highly enough. There was an issue with my order which they resolved very quickly and were helpful and courteous throughout. Not everyone can get things right every time but the way customer services dealt with the problem was exceptional. Thank you

Rarely do come across a company that provides such excellent customer care. I would highly recommend Za Za Homes.

Very disappointed with the quality v price of the item purchased, namely the Garden Oil Torch NAPLES x 4. Very over priced. The torches- nice looking torches I’ll admit, but cheap poles that look out of place. It’s as if I’d purchased the burners then decided to stick them on a stick and ‘make do’
Their returns ‘policy’ leaves a lot to be desired.

I recently bought the Natural String Chair Bamboo. It arrived the day after I ordered it! There was a problem with the chair but it was taken care of quickly and a new chair arrived the next day. I love the chair and the customer service is fantastic. I will buy from Za Za Homes again.

Ordered bar stools and ZaZa team ensured delivery after our holiday. Arrived today and really well packed and good quality. Very happy would order again.
