The lady I spoke with was very polite and professional. It was a very simple process to redeem my 10 free draws but unfortunately didn’t win.

I was offered 10 free lines over a phone call the person was very polite and not pushy, unfortunately they didn’t win anything. A while later I was offered another ten lines , again the person on the phone was very polite and friendly. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

I telephoned to claim my free lottery numbers, I spoke to a very nice lady who sent my lottery numbers straight through to my email. She asked me if I would like to join in with another lottery for three months, I said no and was told if I changed my mind I could just ring anytime and join. It was all very friendly.

SPAMMERS AND SCAMMERS, replies to others also very telling. Recieved letter in post , wrong use of names, clearly purchased data, unsolicited mail. Contact card is also person who doesnt exist. Shocking prying on the vulnerable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Spam company mail
I received unsolicited spam addressed directly to me offering “10 free lines.” These types of promotions almost always hide the real cost in activation fees, required long-term contracts, mandatory add-ons, inflated device payments, or automatic renewals. Claiming it’s “from a mailing service” doesn’t change the fact that it’s unwanted marketing. I strongly advise people to read the fine print very carefully and avoid this offer entirely. Nothing is truly free — especially not the offer of free lines.
And now they are asking me to supply personal details so they can harass me more sorry I don't expect this from Trust Pilot
And now Trust pillow state unless I supply details they will remove the review so hello again how can you trust Trust pilot if they are pushing the harassment !,

We would like to assure you we are not requesting further information from you in order to harass you in any manor.
We often request further details so that we are able to conduct a full and thorough investigation into all of your comments and provide you with the outcome.
The process of registering any free lines with us is as follows.
Upon calling, ten free lines, in a syndicate of fifty players, are granted to the caller, without any prerequisites and at no cost for the customer, as advertised. Any winnings above £2.00 per person are fully distributed to the winners. In order to be able to communicate with the customer and to fulfil the legal obligations of required minimum age of 18, we ask the callers for personal information like name, address and date of birth. No bank details are asked or noted. The customers do receive all details about
their Free Lines by post or email within 3 working days after the call, in time for the draw they participate in. There are no further calls or emails to these customers unless they win and no costs involved.
When a customer calls to register, all consultants are then able to invite the customer to participate in different professional syndicates, which will involve costs. Any customer is welcome to decline this offer and only register for their free lines.
