A polite response on the phone and straight forward information given in an efficient manner. I didn’t feel pressurised at all and really there was nothing to lose. I have been offered a further 10 free lines for next weeks draw and although I won’t hold my breath for a win you’ve definitely got to be in it to win it! Somebody has to!
A good contact without being stressful or intimidating. A good job done 🙂

Where do these companies get their mailing lists.
I have just received a letter in the name of my late wife..... And she never had any account dealings with them, even though the letter quoted a supposed account number.
Need I say more!
EDIT:
FHS, I quoted your CustomerID and Personal Voucher Number. That should be plenty of identification.
