Back from a lovely stay in 2-bed boutique apartment with free parking (Flat A, Aura).

Ideally located about a 15min walk into centre of York. A number.of supermarkets within a few mins is perfect for self catering in the fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer.

2 comfy double beds, walk-in shower & spacious bathroom.

Ground floor apartment with sliding doors in living area opening out (to car park) and ideal as it was so warm.

Eveywhere clean and high quality furniture throughout.

Stayed for 2 nts (26-28 May 2023) and would happily have stayed longer.

Guest info book really informative, with numerous recommendations of what to do and where to eat.

Easy to check in, just park up in the designated space, key safe in wall in front of apartment and key code for front door (all info sent in a message, including photo of front of building).

Would definitely book again.

Just back from a wonderful few days, back in the Malt Shoval. A wonderful apartment, very clean, fantastic location, everything there for a great visit. Always use York Boutiques Lets for our visits, Great Website, great properties and and communication between us is fantastic, just about to book the next visit.

Just home from an amazing stay in York with York Boutique Lets, Flat 3 Minsters Reach. Apartment was amazing. Everything you could need was provided. Bed was so comfortable. Apartment was very clean. Location was amazing.. everything was within a 10 minute walk.. shops, restaurants, pubs etc. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much

apartment was amazing and exactly how it looked online. easy access, stairs or lift to use. very spacious and clean.Beds very comfortable .excellent location , within minutes to all main attraction -york minster, ghost walks , shamble square and many more. Parking space in a secure location was an added bonus . we will defiantly stay again and recommend to friends.

Excellent luxury accommodation . Close to all amenities. Great night sleep in bed no noise and bed comfy tastefully decorated will definitely be staying again and staff member Carole was brilliant in sorting anything at all we queried she really is asset to company. We booked this as a last minute break, the pictures looked great but once we arrived, it was absolutely stunning. The apartment has been beautifully refurbished with plenty of natural light from skylights in the interior rooms. The furniture is good quality and the sofa bed was as good as a proper bed.
Another great feature is the free car parking. Parking in York can be expensive so being able to park right outside was a real bonus.
The apartment was spotless and we really could not fault it in any way.
Stepping outside we were met with a fantastic bustling high street full of local traders. There was not shortage of places to eat or drink and of course York city centre is a short walk away.
We can’t wait to come back soon.

This was our second stay with York Boutique Lets. On both occasions we have found communication to be excellent and the property in Bootham to be clean, comfortable and well equipped. We would recommend wholeheartedly.

Our stay was brilliant, the home was clean and tidy and had everything we required.

The garden area with the hot tub, kids play area and the outbuilding was perfect. The kids loved the hot tub.

Plenty of grass to kick a football and the basketball kept them busy too.

Stayed at Aura retreat in York for weekend stay. Flat very stylish, clean and tidy . Bed very comfortable . Within walking distance to main attractions . Staff at York Boutique Lets very efficient. Would definitely stay at flat and use them again.

We contacted York Boutique Lets as we weren't sure of where to stay in York & they were very helpful & suggested we try Creamery Cottage just a few miles outside York but with a quiet country feel over surrounded by a field full of sheep, very entertaining. With a bus stop at the end of the drive which got us into York in 15 minutes. We went with another family & the cottage had a games room with a pool table so all children had there own space. We have already booked again!!

The most perfect little getaway! The converted stables were everything we could of wanted for our weekend break. Everything was done to a high standard and the Prosecco and chocolate on arrival was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back😍

We are currently refurbishing care homes in York. We’ve been using various properties over the last 18 months supplied through York Boutique Let’s. Without exception every properly has been beyond perfect in every way. The service we receive is flawless! We just know every time we enter a property it will be immaculately clean in every way and the service impeccable. The beds are always the most comfortable you could wish for. I have stayed with york boutique lets at least twice a year. I cant fault the service. Whenever we have had an issue they can't do enough to resolve this and the properties are always spotless, I've stayed in a few properties, Lucy's Lodge, Potting shed, Cocoa suites. And will continue to try out some more!

Amazing stay. We recently stayed at County House Mews. The property was spacious, well equipped, extremely comfortable. Location was great and secure parking was perfect.

AURA RETREAT - York

We stayed at this stunning apartment in early 2022. The accommodation was well place only a short walk from the city walls and we we equipped with all the 'mod-cons' needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again and use York Boutique Lets

Compton lodge is a modern, well equipped and very clean apartment, which was perfect for our city break to York. I loved the decor and you could tell the owner has a keen eye for detail. Location perfect for walking into the centre and a piteresque walk in. Huge shower and very comfortable beds- would highly recommend.
