Yoga to improve flexibility
I have only done yoga for short periods on vacation with friends. I am now 62 yrs old and noticing stiff joints, worsening balance and flexibility. Thought I’d try yoga and see if it helps. 1st class today and it was great to cover the basics and just enough to make me come back and try it again tomorrow.

I’ve been with YDL for years, finances were tight so I didn’t renew my membership but a month later I missed it so much I renewed, great subscription. Had a problem with logging on and it was resolved without any issues

The app isn't available for my phone because it was made for older android phones. So I haven't had time to find the website on my phone to figure out what classes to try.
