ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU LIKE DAMAGED SHEDS
Ordered a shed for £450, first one arrived in 2 days but it was badly damaged and took them two weeks two provide me with a new one only for it to be damaged in nearly an identical way
Customer service is awful I was nothing but calm and polite and their representatives do nothing but scream and shout and talk over you, seems they take complaints super personally
The shed was dented and scratched all over, their only solution was to offer touch up paint or a full refund.
They specifically said we can't send replacement parts as they will also get damaged in transit, so the company openly admits it cannot deliver sheds without damaging them
In my opinion the sheds are poorly packed, it came in two 60kg boxes, all the metal parts just lose in the box with no polystyrene or bubble wrap or anything to protect them at all so of course they will get damaged no matter what
Its a shame because on paper these seem really good but the reality is they're packed poorly to the point where damage in transit is inevitable and customer service is not helpful at all

Brought the 86 Yard Pro from Yardmaster…
Brought the 86 Yard Pro from Yardmaster and I can't believe how good this shed is. I was a bit hesitant to due to cost, but now the it is built, I can easily see this shed lasting in my garden for 20+ years. It is so much more sturdy than I expected and the heavy, reinforced lockable door and frame means I don't have to worry about any security issues. I know all garden equipment will be safe in this shed. It was also surprisingly easy to build. It is definitely a two person job, but since the door was already pre-fitted to the frame, it meant the more complicated aspect most garden sheds (the door) was already complete. This made life so much more simple as all we had to do was shed frame, screw in the wall panels and then add the roof. Money well spent in my opinion. Could have went for a cheaper one, but would I feel confident it lasting many years? Probably not. This is a great shed!!!!

The shed itself is fine and so far seems good for its purpose. However the delivery was chronic. First off the box for the floor pack was wide open and we weren't sure if it had all arrived. Secondly, several parts of the shed were delivered damaged. We didn't know this until we were un boxing and marking off the contents as we were ready to build. Customer service was excellent, no arguments at all, everything was either replaced or sent on. But this still delayed our plans considerably and thus we missed having it built in time for it's planned event. Very complicated to erect. Took 2 of us 3.5 days.

Yard master “delux” metal pente shed
It all arrived in 1 heavy box. I did quite a bit of research before buying and this looked reasonable quality at reasonable price. Putting it together is definitely a 2 person box. Most of the pre-drilled holes match for the screws and bolts. My main beef with the shed is the door mechanism. The doors do not slide easily at all and no matter what I do there is a gap between the sliding doors. If you put a lock on the doors it does force the doors tightly shut. It does appear to be waterproof except where the doors meet. I’m not sure I would by it again because of the door mechanism

We appreciate your comments regarding assembly and agree that having two people for installation makes the process much easier. We're sorry to hear that you've experienced difficulties with the sliding doors. Proper door alignment can sometimes be affected during assembly. Some useful things to check, is that the door slider part number 6071 is fitted the correct way round. The pins in 6071 need to be facing in towards the middle for each pair otherwise the door slider will bind on the track. Another useful thing to check is to make sure the plastic door slider (6071) is not fully inserted into the door track part number 603.63. It should be half in and half out and running on the edge. A touch of oil and grease also helps with the door mechanism.
If you haven't already, please contact our customer support team at 028 7962 8270 or at info@yardmaster.co.uk with photos of the door alignment, as they will be able to offer you further assistance and we will get this issue sorted for you.

Avoid this product!! It arrived left outside my neighbours house with no warning on a large wooden and metal pallet that the supplier apparently delivers them on and doesn't remove. The shed arrived completely rusted and it's really thin and flimsy. Worst purchase if I could go back I would of avoided the hassle and stress.

The quality of the engineering is poor the instructions are minimal. For example the holes in the panels did not line up where they were supposed to making the assembly very difficult. Would not recommend.

The finished Worth It in the End — But Bring Extra Handsproduct looks great on our…
The finished product looks great on our patio at the end of the garden, and we love the ambience of the interior — helped by the wood flooring we installed ourselves. Having the floor frame (bought separately) definitely made a difference.
Delivery: We were given a specific delivery date and arranged for someone to be home. However, the delivery company arrived a day early and notified us only five minutes beforehand. Luckily, someone happened to be in.
Construction: Building the 108 ZGEY shed was, frankly, a bit of a nightmare. I started the assembly with my son (31), and it took most of a day just to complete the roof section. By mid‑afternoon, we had three people working on it. As other reviewers mentioned, some of the pre‑drilled holes didn’t line up, which was frustrating but not unexpected. The instructions could also be clearer, though we did eventually get there.
The following week, constructing the remainder of the shed went more smoothly — until we discovered we were missing two specific screws needed to hang one of the doors.
Aftercare: This was the standout positive. The aftercare team responded quickly, and the missing screws arrived within three days.
It’s recommended that two people undertake the build, but having a third person helped enormously. We don’t think it’s realistic to build it on your own.

Late delivery, rude customer services
Received message with delivery date. First delivery didn't happen. No message to let me know. Second delivery didn't happen. No message to let me know. I contacted Yardmaster again and this time they told me that the third time delivery would be a week after first, failed delivery. Totally unacceptable.
They give a delivery window from 8 am to 6 pm. Nowadays, delivery companies give 4 or even 2 hour windows. 10 hours is ridiculous.
Customer services gave the standard "sorry for the inconvenience". They obviously don't care that I had to stay at home for 10 hours, twice, waiting for a van that never turned up.
Contacted B&Q and cancelled my order.
