I got a totally different item from what I ordered!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a dining chairs, arrived on time and in perfect condition.

ordered 52 chairs, at first sight they look and felt great however it soon became apparent that on the inside the chairs are made of very cheap wood. so far over 20 have either snapped or wood inside has split so are unusable, company not communicating. Avoid at all costs

I recently purchased the Yahweh Cat Tree House and Garden Box, and overall, I’m quite impressed with both its design and functionality. The product stands out aesthetically, it blends nicely into home décor rather than looking like a typical bulky pet structure. The “garden box” concept adds a unique touch, especially if you enjoy incorporating greenery into your space.
From a practical standpoint, the cat tree is sturdy and provides multiple levels for climbing, lounging, and scratching. My cat took to it almost immediately, which says a lot. The materials feel reasonably durable, and the scratching posts are effective in keeping my furniture safe.
Assembly was fairly straightforward, though it did take a bit of time to get everything aligned properly. Clearer instructions would have made the process smoother.

Así pues, nada más llegar a casa no abrimos la mesa, y simplemente solicitamos la devolución. Cuál fue nuestra sorpresa cuando nos dicen que tenemos que hacernos cargo de los costes de devolución. Al ser un producto de 30 kgs, preguntamos en varios compañías y el precio de la devolución estaba en torno a los 150€. Amazon mientras tanto tratándonos como tontos, dándonos la razón en todo pero sin mover un dedo por nosotros más allá de enviar el mismo mensaje día tras día a nosotros y al vendedor. Por favor, si estás dudando entre varios productos, elige otro vendedor, no es normal que haya empresas que se rían del consumidor.

I received a split king bed on May 2025, 1 side of the bed stopped working. I have called and emailed customer service for months with no resolutions, now they are saying it is not covered and it is under a year old. Never order anything from this company. They rip you off and refuse to help you at all and you are stuck with a broken automatic bed frame!!!

Yaheetach also known as Monumart..The practices of this company are deplorable. They sell products through platforms such as Amazon and B&Q. I placed an order through B&Q, and two days before the scheduled delivery, I noticed that the delivery address was incorrect. I immediately corrected the address and informed B&Q, giving ample notice for Monumart to instruct their courier, Evri, not to deliver to the incorrect address and instead deliver to the updated one.

Despite this advance notice, no action was taken. The item was ultimately delivered to the wrong location, approximately 300 miles away, and was left on the street without a signature or anyone accepting the parcel. Monumart then advised B&Q that I should contact Evri directly; however, this is not possible for customers as Evri’s contact system is automated and does not provide direct customer support.

During the two days before delivery, I contacted B&Q multiple times to ensure the parcel would not be delivered to the incorrect address. Unfortunately, these requests were ignored. What followed was even more unacceptable: Monumart suggested that I travel 300 miles to retrieve the parcel myself, despite the fact that it had been left unattended on the street, with photographic evidence confirming this.

For seven days, the situation continued without resolution. Monumart refused to cooperate, and B&Q’s assistance was also limited. The issue was only resolved after I filed a formal complaint through PayPal, who ultimately facilitated the refund.

Even now, Yaheetech/Monumart has reportedly sent a complaint to B&Q questioning why the refund was issued.

Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid using this company.

Excellent services and Sofa and Bed designs and material is so good

I purchased yahatech chair and 2 sofas through Tesco marketplace I opened 1 box as they were delivered in 5 boxes I felt the material and it was substandard,I immediately requested a refund as I would not be able to assemble as I am 72 years old,this was on February 5th ,I have wasted a month of my life phoning and emailing and disputing with this company they even told me to pay someone to assemble the furniture and they would refund me £106 , they finally collected the furniture on the 20th February,then they emailed saying they had issued a refund,3 minutes later they emailed me to say ignore message as i needed to do a returns request after proving to them that the goods were received by them as they were collected by royal mail 48hour tracking ,i finally got a refund on the 3rd of march,i am disgusted and company's likes tesco should should be ashamed of themselves for doing business with sharks , they are ruining their credibility,I will never shop with them ever again, they know the reputation of monumart ,all I can say is the worst retail experience of my life, and buyers beware

I purchased the Yaheetech L‑Shaped Sofa Bed 3 Seater Couch through Amazon, and within a short period of normal use the pull‑out bed section developed a serious fault. The wheels do not rotate properly when pulling the bed out — they get stuck, drag across the floor, and put excessive strain on the mechanism. Two wheels have already broken, which clearly shows a manufacturing defect.
Despite contacting Yaheetech multiple times with full details, I have not received any meaningful response. The lack of accountability is extremely disappointing.
The product was advertised as “durable, comfortable, and sturdy,” but the wheel mechanism has failed almost immediately and has even caused damage to my flooring.
For comparison, similar sofa beds from IKEA come with a 10‑year warranty and proper after‑sales support. Unfortunately, my experience with Yaheetech has been the opposite — poor product quality and no customer service.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the seller.

The quality of the item purchased is sturdy, user friendly and esthetically pleasing. The order to delivery process was unexpectedly fast.

I like the gating I ordered (8 piece, 40" tall), however there are a couple of features that bug me; one is the latching of the door that opens, you have to use both hands to open it because there are two clasps and it's a bit difficult especially if you're holding your dog in your arms, and second, it's a little bit on the thin side of the quality of the metal and the pins that slide down to hold the sections together feel like you could easily bend them. Good I only bought this to hold in my small dogs.

Takes way too long to do a return. They only respond around 1am or so each day so there’s no fast communication. Offer $30 and to keep it on a $89 cat tree that I didn’t want because the description and picture was way different than what I ordered. Which isn’t too bad but I finally got a refund after 8 days of back and forth emails.

Yaheetech, was very helpful and did great customer service. I had a slight issue with shipping, but Yaheetech came through and was able to deliver my box fast to the door steps on my front door. I recommend Yaheetech, products and services.

For two weeks I have been trying to get a replacement part sent to me as the item was defective when delivered, I have been unable to assemble the bed that I ordered.
After finally getting a response from them, I was assured that a replacement would be sent out. That was a week ago and they now ignore all messages.
I have had to lodge a formal complaint with Amazon to get my money back as I believe I have been scammed by them. This will mean I will spend yet more time sleeping on the floor, I wish I had used a different seller.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have now ordered 2 separate sofas on separate week and both have been delivered according to the tracking but they have never arrived. Ordered through Amazon. Seller claimed both sofas have now been lost in the post. Total scam. Takes money but never delivers. AVOID
