We employed Xtransfer for our business in China. Before receiving the first payment from our client, we contacted Xtransfer's risk management department and provided the details of the client (and other related documents like invoice) to ensure a smooth transaction.
We received the response from Xtransfer that there would be no issues with the transfer as the client passed the Xtransfers internal checking.
But once the client wired the payment the troubles started. According to Xtransfer the client was now suspicious and therefore we could not receive payment unless we provided further information including Whatsapp messages (the only mode of communication that Xtransfer accepted) between us and the client, and alot of other information.
We spent several days to provide the documentation and in the end they did not accept the tranaction.
Needless to write that they of course deducted the transction fees (about 200 €) from the transferred amount. And needless to write that no apologies were provided. A more reputable and serious company would have definitely provided an apology and refunded the full amount.

My advise is not to employ this company, as the information that is provided will likely not be correct. All they seem to be interested in to receive their commissions (based on the tranactions).

Received the below general answer from Xtransfer, requesting further details for "assistance", despite me providing them when submitting my original review. As expected no apologies or offer for reimbursement was received, which further proves my point.

If I could give XTransfer zero stars, I absolutely would. This has been one of the most frustrating financial platforms I have ever dealt with.

Payments are constantly getting bounced back for no clear reason, even when everything is submitted correctly. It feels like you can never rely on them to actually process a transaction smoothly. Every single time there is an issue, and there will be an issue, you are stuck waiting around for support to respond, which takes far longer than it should for something involving your money.

Their platform itself is also incredibly unreliable. It is buggy, slow, and clearly not built to handle real business needs. You will think something has gone through, only to find out later that it has not, or that it has been rejected without proper explanation.

Customer support is another nightmare. Instead of quick resolutions, you get delays, vague answers, and a lot of back and forth with no real outcome. Meanwhile, your funds are in limbo and your business operations are affected.

Overall, XTransfer is stressful, unreliable, and a huge waste of time. There are far better alternatives out there. Save yourself the headache and avoid this platform completely.

This platform makes it easy for us to send large amount of money to Chinese suppliers. It is fast and easy to operate. Very credible payment platform.
