Brilliant experience from start to finish. We told Chris the colour we wanted and he found us the perfect Porsche Taycan — simple as that. No pressure, no nonsense, just great service and genuine expertise. The car was immaculate, all the paperwork was spot on and the aftersales communication has been excellent. Rare to find a dealer you’d actually trust, Chris is one of them. Five stars without hesitation.

The service was excellent. Chris did everything he could to help us with the necessary paperwork. We were able to view the car without any pressure, and no one was pushy. The car was as described. The BMW 5 GT is great; it sits high and comfortably, which is good for my back. If anyone is looking to buy a car, I highly recommend the XCLUSIVE XPORTS dealership. Rating: 10/10

I advertised a car for sale and very shortly afterwards was contacted by Chris from Xclusivexportsltd. He was upfront and honest about his dealership and offered a good price for the car, a VW Polo with low mileage. Chris was very professional and trustworthy, with the transfer of sale going through smoothly. It was a pleasure to do business, and I would do so again given the opportunity.

Great experience when i purchased an older Audi TT. Needed a cheap wee sports car and Chris provided a beauty. Lovely guy to deal with and open and honest. Car had hole in seat which he professionally mended prior to pickup. Have had car for several months now and is perfect.

Purchased a white land rover range rover for 22500...service was great after the money had been transferred, was not willing to help or take any responsibility for over £1500 faults that came to light within 7 days of purchasing the car, I have evidential discussions held with the manager/owner who's name is 'Chris', even more shocking to know his "VAT registered" mechanic names the garage "otto" will speak to you under the impression that his knowledge overpowers customers experience not knowing that I have 10 years experience in the trade however after Chris referring me to this mechanic it was shocking to know MORE ISSUES arise ***POOR SERVICE STAY AWAY BUYERS*** FYI: I have have purchased a car from Cargiant in the past who are most certainly a true reflection on their amazing reputation, this dealer would not get within a milestone of success in comparison to cargiant with such poor goods and service!
