The Wow team were super easy to work with and very prompt with communication. They fulfilled their mission and found a great seat for the game I chose. I’ll definitely check back in for tickets the next time I’m in the UK. Thanks for your professionalism!

Scammers!
This company sold us two tickets to seats that were promised to be next to each other. Instead they provided us two seats at opposite sides of the huge stadium and only noticed about this change one day before the event! Sure they gave us the 'option' for a full refund, but what kind of 'option' it really is once you've already flewn across Europe to see the game with your son? This company sucks ass! Do not use WoW tickets 'services' ever!

Dear Markku Hi - Thank you for your feedback, I investigated the matter and our team did a mistake, there was a problem with the original pair, and you were offered singles, but they should have been in the same stand and not like you've been given, I can see that the team offered you to fix that but you wanted to cancel and it has been done already. I do apologies for the error, I can only tell that we discussed it internally and highlighted how to avoid this from happening again.

Great Experience
The match date was rescheduled, I contacted Customer service and it was a smooth experience, they answered my questions and assured me there was no impact to the tickets and it will be emailed the day before the game, it actually arrived 2 days before.
On Match day I was contacted on WhatsApp to confirm if the tickets had arrived, which i think it was good on the team to contact the customer and make sure everything was ok.
Over all great experience and will definitely be using WoW tickets again.

Dear Graham Hi - Thank you for your feedback. I have checked and could see that you ordered a single ticket (a get in) for Spurs v Chelsea and received a Short upper ticket in block 516 upper row. It's true that the row was on the upper part but *you ordered from the cheapest category for a Cat A game* - so, to set expectations right - if you buy a get in, it can be anywhere in the home section, clear view. and this is what's written on the ticket description when booking. You could have selected a different category (that will also cost more) that will provide you a better seat in the stadium. As you should know, the prices are determined by the ticket owners and not us so if you select the cheapest possible ticket it is likely that you will get a short upper seat.
However, I am sorry that this was your experience and I will ask our customer support to contact you and see what can be done.
