I have been a customer of Wowcarry for many years now. In fact, I have used them almost exclusively because even though their rates are a little higher than many other carry services, they have excellent customer service and their website guarantees a high quality experience.

This is why I was especially shocked to discover that they can't guarantee a fair experience afterall. Here is what happened. The final boss had just been killed. I was one of three players who rolled on the BiS head piece and i was the highest roller. After a few minutes, no more rolls were being entered and I was feeling excited that i might be the winner when suddenly i was booted from the raid.

Now. I know that if I was the highest roll, I should have received the item in the mail system.
And I realize that if a fourth player had rolled after a long delay and got a higher roll than I did, that player would win the item.
But being kicked from the raid denied me the experience of seeing the roll play out fairly. I feel betrayed. I have no idea now who rolled on that item. It might have been someone from the carry group for all I know. Or it might actually have been a player that waited to the last second to roll and who fairly won the item. But I will never know for sure. And I suspect strongly that other players will understand the feeling of betrayal and NOT want to risk their money using a service that can't guarantee a fair playing environment.

When I told this to Wowcarry customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do.

Most carry teams let the players stay for the full duration of the loot roll. There is no reason anyone should be kicked prematurely. I think that if Wowcarry - or any carry service with integrity - wants to win customer loyalty and grow their business, they will take the necessary steps to protect their clients from shady behavior like this.

I hope none of you have to experience this. And I hope this helps you.

Service was quick and they keep regular communication during the process.

I've been using WowCarry for years. I had tried a few other sites before them but they are by far the best and I only use them now. Always great communication and they go out of their way to help you get what you're looking for. Orders are handled very quickly. Prices are always fair and they've even given discounts and made special bundles to accommodate my needs. Highly recommend using them!

I have used wowcarry now for several expansions. They aim to keep competitive pricing and I have never had any issues that were not resolved quickly. They offer and assortment of packages so there is always something for everyone depending on what it’s important to you to get done in the game.

Got the 3-in-1 raid bundle and it was done super fast. The boosters know what they’re doing — smooth and professional service. Very happy with how it turned out.

They ready to take your money, but they do not tell you about KYC. Eventually they tell you to contact with support, after that occasionally they are not ready to do their part of the deal, even gonna call you a scumer, who's trying to trick them (in the way only they know). After deciding to cancel my order, they say, that's all fine and they are ready to take your money directly on their PayPal account. But still I decided to cancel order and that seemed fine for them, but eventually they do not cancel order, but keeping your money. Support says, that they cant help you without head manager. So finally: -28.8 USD
Absolutely disgusting service.

On their website they have a bundle for Manaforge Heroic + 50% Off Normal. I was told by jacob that they do not have any normal runs left this year. But never once was told that the advertisement would be taken down. Terrible service again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

At 8:45 I reached out to them asking them when their next raid was. They told me 9pm. I said okay, I'm going to purchase now and log on.

At 9:15 I still hadn't received a raid invite, and I logged back on to their website and asked what was wrong. I was told that they unilaterally changed the raid to 10pm. Problem is that I'm not available then, and even more to the point, if there was a problem, I think that they should have reached out to me. Sure I'd still be irritated, but at least they were professional about it.

I get that things happen, it's life. But part of the reason I stopped using them was how they used to pull the bait and switch with raid times, and how they regularly disrespect my time and disregard me as a paying customer.

If I'm paying the money that I'm paying, the least I think I should get in return is professionalism.

UPDATE 3/18/2025 --
They reached out to me and offered me a complimentary run. They certainly did not have to do that. It is really aggravating to carve out time to do something you enjoy only to be told too bad. That said, they didn't have to do anything extra for me, and they did. I absolutely appreciate the thought, and hope to continue to use their service without similar misunderstandings.

working abt 6 month they owe me money but dont pay. and the last thing what happened i do order abt 3 days and they say that they will not pay me money for that lol. dont work with them its waste of time
