Buongiorno mi preme segnalare il seguente disservizio durante il tour di pompei del 20 aprile delle ore 10:30 organizzato dalla WORLDTOURS S.r.l.
Durante il tour io e mia moglie scopriamo che non era possibile la guida in italiano in quanto non era stato raggiunto il numero minimo di sei partecipanti (tra le info del Tour era stato scritto però che sarebbe potuto accadere solo nel periodo di bassa stagione Novembre marzo) L'assistenza dell'agenzia, nonostante le nostre ripetute telefonate, non si è per nulla interessata, ci hanno inserito in un gruppo di spagnoli fornendoci di audioguida non funzionante sostituita solo dopo nostra lamentela, la guida spagnola, incurante del nostro disagio, si è limitata ad accompagnare i turisti spagnoli senza mai darci indicazioni in italiano. Abbiamo finito il tour come previsto alle ore 13:30 ma il prelievo è avvenuto alle ore 14:15 era prevista la bottiglia d'acqua a bordo del bus, ma non è stata fornita. Abbiamo pagato per avere un tour con guida dedicata ed invece abbiamo avuto solo un bus che si è limitato al trasferimento per Pompei con prelievo ed un accompagnatore che non è stato in grado di risolvere la nostra problematica.

Giornata intensa tra Pompei ed Ercolano segnalare: puntualità al ritrovo, professionalità di Raffaele Battiloro che ci ha intrattenuto con integrazioni di notizie a completezza della guida (Donatella).Che dire giornata più che positiva e se ritornerò a Napoli lo contatterò sicuramente perchè estremamente competente consiglio a tutti saluti Mario-Silvia

Consigliato soprattutto per le guide. Ottimo il free tour per iniziare a conoscere la parte vecchia della città… le guide a Roberto ( con la sua ironia) e a Yulia (con la sua passione) ci hanno portato dentro, senza annoiarci, nella lunga e travagliata storia di Praga.

Siamo stati con Maria e Genni5 e posso dire che sia la guida che l'accoglienza ci ha piaciuto davvero molto. Sono dei ragazzi stupendi, molto gentili e simpatici. Lo consiglio a occhi chiusi! Grazie ancora ragazzi

We only paid the deposit upfront and on the day when paying tried to charge us a 3% credit card surcharge which is illegal under EU law. Don't be scammed by them like they tried to with us.

Il giorno 26 aprile 2024 abbiamo noleggiato un pulmino van società WORLD TOURS per un giro sulla costa amalfitana, accompagnate dall’eccezionale autista Luigi. Il loro dipendente, nonostante la sua giovane età, si è dimostrato incredibilmente serio, disponibile, simpatico, attento e gentile. La sua professionalità e cortesia hanno reso il nostro tour giornaliero ancora più piacevole e senza preoccupazioni. Luigi ha dimostrato grande competenza nel guidare su strade tortuose e trafficate, affrontando code interminabili con grande pazienza, garantendo la nostra sicurezza in ogni momento. Siamo rimaste estremamente soddisfatte del servizio offerto e sicuramente utilizzeremo ancora i loro servizi in futuro, consigliandoli vivamente ad amici e parenti. Grazie per questa esperienza indimenticabile!

We had an Airbnb in 'the historic quarter' which was fine in the daytime but not safe at night. We had to leave for the airport in the early hours of the morning so we needed to ensure a taxi would be waiting at the nearest road just a few minutes walk away. We did not want to stand and wait. What a relief to see our pre-arranged private transfer waiting at the exact time. Thank you World Tours.

Maravillosa excursión a Pompeya desde Nápoles, con nuestros excelentes guías Gabriel Casavega, muy atento a todas nuestras preguntas e inquietudes . Rafael , con su interesante historia de Pompeya y nuestro chofer Francesco. Mil gracias por hacer de nuestra excursión,una excelente experiencia. 🇪🇸👍👍

Estupenda excursión y muy bien llevada por unos guías fantásticos realmente, que amenizaron e hicieron que la experiencia fuera de todo punto óptima. Gracias Gabriel Casavega y Raffaelo, así como el chófer del bus, Francesco. Muy agradecido a todos.

We hebben onze zeer geslaagde private tours naar de Amalfikust, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, het Koninklijk Paleis en Capua geregeld via Amadeo (de directeur), die een geweldige service gaf op maat gemaakt naar onze behoeften. De chauffeurs Giovanni en Luïgi hebben ons overal heen gebracht waar we wilden en deelden hun kennis met ons. Giovanni kon door zijn verblijf is Amsterdam de verschillen en overeenkomsten tussen Nederland en Italië goed duiden. Luïgi wist de Napolitaanse leefwijze tot uiting te brengen. Beide chauffeurs wisten ook goede tips te geven doordat zij onze behoeften goed hadden ingeschat

Het was een mooie dag waarin wij veel uitleg hebben gekregen van de kundige medewerkster Martina. Ook voelden wij ons veilig in de auto. De tijd in Sorrento had alleen wel iets langer gemogen. We hadden 20 minuten, en de rij bij de wc was zolang. Toen ik van het toilet af kwam kon ik gelijk door naar de bus.

WORLD TOURS en association avec MUSEMENT sont tout bonnement des menteurs...
Ces deux entreprises sont à éviter absolument pour vos excursions et visites de monuments historiques.
Si vous avez un problème ça sera votre faute et pas la leur....

Just did in Italy, a Sorrento, Positano Amalfi tour yesterday Sunday with Ariana the guide and Salvatore the driver and they were great!! They are assets to your company They get a 10 from me. Make sure they are commended !

Our airport transfer went smoothly despite our flight arriving late. Francesco Peo greeted us politely, offered to carry our cases and ushered us to his immaculate vehicle. The drive to our hotel went quickly as Francesco entertained us with his witty chat. Thank you for making our introduction to Naples so friendly!

The tour to the Amalfi Coast was great. The tour bus was punctual, the drive was stunning and we had plenty of time in Amalfi and Ravello. The guide, Gabrielle, was very funny and the driver, Genero, did a great job navigating the mountain roads. The tour also included a meal in a restaurant.

One hour before we were leaving the US I received a call saying we had missed our tour. I was devastated thinking I had made a scheduling mistake. When I called them back 10 minutes later with my e-receipt, Joseph said that it was correct. There was no admission of an error on his part. There was no apology for the angst his carelessness had caused. Nothing.

We were unable to make our booking due to a flight cancellation (as you can imagine, tired, stressed, vulnerable). Worldtours were not able to offer any assistance at all in regard to this, I was constantly reminded that we were within the 24 hours which I understand. But come on, we are in 2022! Why is there not something in place in regard to situations completely beyond our control! Instead, they’ve got the £400 we paid and we are out of pocket and experience!

Prachtige dag gehad naar Capri met Teresa als gids. Zeer kundig, klantvriendelijk en informatief. Aangeboden lunch was boven verwachting. Zeker een aanrader.
