Absolutely excellent service. Speedy shipping, delivery and communication. A nice touch was that the store did its own quality control inspection with a check list individually signed off on, before sending my new instrument to me. Very happy and will be back again!

Well handled sale.
While it was a simple transaction World of Music organised a direct drop from the Distributer in Sydney.
The delivery was well documented and tracking accurate.

A good experience alround
A good experience alround, friendly staff and best price.
As it was on back order we were surprised to have it arrive at our door with no communication from World of music that it was being shipped.

Glad to hear the amp arrived safely and much earlier than anticipated! Our website does auto generate an Order Completed email and provide tracking info via StarTrack/AusPost once the item has been dispatched so they should have come through to the email provided. Could be a pesky spam/promotions folder filter at play in your inbox that got in the way of those coming through, apologies if that was the case.
