I have several medical conditions, and have contacted several insurance companies. They have either declined immediately to cover me or I have gone through a very lengthy process to then get an extremely high quote. Westworld first I did everything online and declared all my medical conditions and they came up with a price that I was delighted with. I would not have been able to afford to go on holiday if it had not been for them. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Your screening process is very thorough and not just a tick box exercise. Not everyone’s cancer is the same and it was nice to be treated as an individual person. Thank you for your time and patience and for giving me the opportunity to fulfill a dream without it being thousands of pounds 🙂

Always had a good experience with this company. Somehow I also feel I can trust them in relation to terms and conditions & being transparent with no hidden surprises.

The lady on the phone was very helpful however wasnt happy that i had to cancel and renew so that i didnt incur charges for a new condition on my older policy. In effect i lost about 4 weeks cover

Tried to get insurance online however had difficulties. Switched to telephone and the call handler was very helpful and managed to get all sorted.

Having wasted a great deal of time on comparison sites trying to find travel insurance to cover my medical conditions on a short European cruise, I was very glad to find World First. While their website was not the easiest to use, their policy prices and options were reasonable and their telephone staff very helpful. Other more prominent companies offer grossly inflated prices. One, which I used less than 6 months ago, appears to have almost tripled its prices for similar cover. Thank goodness World First takes a more sensible view of underwriting risk.

I needed travel insurance for my husband who has a pre-existing medical condition and recently been diagnosed with cancer. The process of getting the quote was very detailed but straight forward. I managed to get cover at a reasonable price, when other companies just refused to quote online. I feel confident that the questions they asked have covered all conditions fully

Very easy to use the web site, especially if you have an underlying health issue. Very reasonably priced as well.

I’ve used World First several times now for annual multi trip travel insurance. The online quote system is very easy to use and they genuinely cover pre-existing medical conditions (rather than some insurers stating that they do only for it then to be excluded at the final quote stage!).
The level of cover options are very easy to understand and with the quote and purchase pages being available immediately the whole experience from initiating the quote to completing the purchase was probably only 15-20mins (and that includes completing several different medications details for 3 separate pre-existing conditions).
I have recommended World First Travel Insurance numerous times and always made them my first (& only!) port of call when I need travel insurance.
