Amazing Workwear and Customer Service
Work in Style scrubs are both comfortable and stylish.
I recently purchased some Sketchers scrubs from their website and the transaction was smooth and straightforward.
I had to exchange sizes and items a few times, but Work in Style made the whole process easy and quick.
I would like to thank Anne at Work in Style for all her help in finding the right style and fit for me, you are amazing! Anne went out of her way to solve my order and return issues and kept me updated throughout the process.
I would definitely recommend Work in Style if you are searching for stylish and affordable workwear.

Poor and inefficient customer service:
I placed an order on 31st of May. The company called me to say that out of 3 items I ordered 2 are out of stock. So I requested to cancel the whole order and refund me the complete amount which they agreed. I called them after a week to follow up as I did not receive any confirmation to say that the order has been cancelled and refund is processed. They told me that it can take upto 10 working days for the refund to process and I will receive an email after the refund is being processed. It is nearly 4 weeks I haven’t heard anything from them and not received my money too. Very disappointed with customer service. They don’t take seconds to take your money and when it comes to refund it takes months. Very very poor service. I will not buy any products from them now on.
