Woodwind London Anmeldelser

A fantastic workshop tucked away in East Finchley. We will definitely use them again.

Excellent service! Was recommended them by word of mouth several years ago and since then it is the destination for all service and repair of my son's saxophones. Quick, professional, and reasonable prices.

Ed worked out the issue with my sax very quickly and after just a couple of days it was ready to collect. It now plays and sounds as it should. I will definitely be returning for all future services.

I brought in my basset horn and Slavena knew exactly what it needed and sorted the problem calmly, professionally, superbly. I will be bringing the instrument back for proper the TLC it needs rather than just the quick fix which she so expertly delivered. A great experience.

Fantastic service!

I dropped in for a running service after receiving a recommendation from a friend, and they managed to fix up my tenor beautifully, on a fairly tight turnaround ahead of an important gig. I thought the service was well executed and reasonably priced for the work that was carried out. The guys were also super communicative with the cost breakdown and any changes in price.

The repair was fine, and also the service was very attentive

Excellent service - very knowledgeable, helpful staff and I always walk away learning a few things about my instrument as they’re willing to explain things.

Great service. Ed clearly knows what he’s doing and my Sax and Trumpet repairs are perfect. I’m enjoying playing my sax again. All the keys have come back !

Very helpful and professional and the flute was very quickly repaired. I will definitely be back for any instrumental help

We've tried a much larger, fancier woodwind shop in Waterloo a couple of times (sax players will know the one), finding the staff rude and patronising. Woodwind London's a breath of fresh air. Much smaller, much less fancy. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who treated us all with kindness and respect. A far better experience for my sensitive children, who wished to try the tenor before upgrading from the alto and had a horrid experience in the first shop. Delighted to have found Woodwind London and very grateful to the staff. Most definitely our go-to for repairs and rentals.

Good local service

Great service and value for money. Really knowledgable repairer.

Professional, prompt excellent service

Staff were vey helpful and explained what repairs were required for my trumpet and trombone

Went above and beyond to help us out in a very quick timeline so my daughter could play in her concert that same evening.
Hugely grateful!

Very professional service and quick turnaround compared to other instrument repair workshops. I had three instruments repaired by them and I am happy with the results.

Woodwind team were exceptionally helpful in fixing my daughter’s clarinet. They let us hire another while it was being repaired and got it back to us quickly before her exam. Ed was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great service and communication throughout
