Dear Susan, thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience.
Our watch winders operate with programmed sleep cycles, which means they will pause for periods of time as part of their normal operation. If you believe one of the winders is not functioning correctly, please contact our customer service team via the contact form on our website (www.wolf1834.com/contact), and we'll be happy to look into this for you and help resolve the issue.
Thank you. - Team WOLF

A well made winder but quite bulky
Easy-to-use website with timely delivery. I have only had the Heritage double winder for a few days, but it is straightforward to set up and simple to operate. Quite expensive in a world of cheap knockoffs, but I hope it will prove to be worth the price in time.

I bought a jewelry box from another retailer
I bought a jewelry box from another retailer and a few days later I noticed a small screw piece missing ! I contacted the Wolf company and even though it was bought from another retailer the Wokf company helped me get the piece and they sent it to me ! I was very thankful for the help they gave me and for accommodating me for the piece missing from my jewelry box ! I highly recommend their products and the quality is so great to have to keep jewelries in pristine conditions! Their customer service help are also excellent ….Tgank you Wolf!!!

My Cub watch winder was exactly as described. Extremely quiet, worked as described and good looking. My only minor difficulty was in attaching my watch to the winder the first time. Once I understood the mechanism, it's easy. I would recommend it highly.
