If it would be possible to give 0 stars I'd give them 0. Since we made the mistake of switching over to Wodify, they have been doing anything they can to make our lives as complicated as possible. They suspend people's accounts, send out emails we asked them not to send and directly makes us lose revenue. Their log in function is close to impossible to use because it's so slow, the belt promotion part is literally impossible to use and we had to go back to physical attendance cards. DO NOT USE WODIFY, it will cost you absurd amounts of time and money!!!

Every staff person I’ve worked with is understanding and passionate about what they do and the company. They made my switch from a different system seamless. Highly recommend

Great Customer Service
Wodify truly cares about you as a customer. They listen to your questions, no matter how simple they may seem and provide a thorough response in a timely manner, most imprtantly. Everything from class scheduling and workout tracking to billing and attendance runs through Wodify. I've been with Wodify for many years and they've always had the best workout building in the industry along with top notch customer service. I've never gone even a whole day without hearing back from them about an issue.

We have been using Wodify since 2015…
We have been using Wodify since 2015 and have seen a significant transformation going from a provider to track WOD to a true partner in our business. This group keeps pushing to improve and expand what the offer gym owners, coaches and the users. I don't know how they do it but I have not interacted with a staff member who is not willing to go the extra step to assist you with any question.

Highly recommend
Software is great, plus they provide incredibly fast, friendly and reliable customer/tech support for gym owners. Every software has trade-offs, but Wodify seems to make it a priority within their development team to always be working on an improvement. They listen to you as a customer, and take feedback from gym owners seriously and they act on it.

We have been using Wodify for 10 years in our gym. It’s good for managing gym operations for managers and owners and good for clients in scheduling classes and recording workout results especially in crossfit type where everything is measured - lifts, times, reps.
