Paypal support was needed to get refund on product failure
The WL Mouse Beast x Mini Pro Magnesium (cost 145 USD + shipping) failed after 2 weeks of use on 15th March. Customer Service advice was to execute pairing which did not resolve the issue. Then I was asked to pay myself for costly return shipment including tracking, before refund would be granted. After my complaint I got a prepaid return shipment label but without tracking. I provided shipping info including pictures on 20th March but did not get any response regarding refund. I openend a Paypal Case but had to wait for company response, sent shipping info and pictures for evidence again. It took few more days, before finally on 9th April refund arrived.
