I enrolled with Wizcore for the SAP S/4HANA Finance course on the strength of a pre-sale conversation in which I clearly set out my professional background — Financial Crime Compliance in banking, with an engineering (non-accounting) academic background — and was assured by the admissions adviser that the course would be a strong fit for my profile and career progression. That assurance turned out not to reflect reality: the course has no meaningful application to Financial Crime Compliance, and the requirement that non-accounting candidates undertake significant parallel self-study was never disclosed to me at the point of sale (it appeared for the first time in a complaint response, after I had paid in full and completed the course). I raised a formal complaint, and Wizcore initially engaged — to the extent of inviting me, in writing, to explore a commercial resolution, and committing that a senior member of the team would contact me within 5 working days. They then went silent. Multiple chasers and a final escalation addressed to the Director of the company personally have produced no response.

During the course itself, I observed that staff actively encouraged students to leave positive reviews on Wizcore's website and on Google, often before students had finished the programme or had any basis to evaluate outcomes. Prospective students should weigh that practice when reading existing positive reviews. My own honest experience has been that the pre-sale promises did not match the reality of the course for my profile, that the complaints process initially engaged and then stopped responding, and that the company has failed to honour its own written commitment to discuss a resolution. I would encourage anyone considering Wizcore — particularly career-changers, non-accountants, or professionals from adjacent fields such as compliance — to ask very specific questions in writing about exactly how the course content maps to your current role, to ask in writing about any expected self-study burden, and to keep a full record of all pre-sale assurances given to you. I wish I had.

A solid 5 stars for Wizcore. I recently finished the Employee Central module and the entire experience was fantastic. The lessons were practical, the explanations were clear, and the support was excellent from start to finish. The one to one lessons are a plus to learn fast and specifically tailored for my needs. The training platform is user-friendly, and the tutor Dhriti is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced always ready to clarify doubts and clearly explaining every single part of the course. The course is extremely well-structured, offering a perfect balance between theoretical knowledge and hands-on system practice. This was a fantastic investment for my career! Wizcore has proven to be a highly professional and reliable training provider. I highly recommend to anyone because tailored for anyone ! Thank you!

The facilitator was wonderful and breakdown the whole program into bits, with real life examples and what really impressed me was that it was at my pace and he was ever ready to start from the start over and over to make sure I understand what the course it all about. I had a very positive experience with my trainer Dhriti. It was clear that she was knowledgeable and had extensive experience delivering the course. The material was well-structured and enhanced by access to the Success Factors Platform, to practice what was being taught.

I took my SAP S/4HANA Finance training from Wizcore, and I still regret that decision.

I joined Wizcore over many other institutes that offered the same course for less than one-third of what Wizcore charged me because they promised guaranteed interviews and a live project after the course. But unfortunately, they provided neither the promised interviews nor the live project.

The so-called “project” we did was simply a dummy blueprint where the tutor assigned each student a topic to explain. The entire batch felt cheated because the marketing guy at Wizcore had promised all of us the same things, and we were all disappointed.

The classes were also very unprofessional. Let me give one small example, since this space is not large enough for me to explain all the bad experiences I had there.

We were taught about Chart of Accounts, and there are three types of Chart of Accounts. However, the trainer taught us only two of them. After class, I had a habit of studying topics using online resources, and that’s when I found out about the third type of Chart of Account.

In the next class, I raised my doubt and asked him whether he could explain the third type. He sounded as if he himself was not aware of it and asked me how I knew about it. I told him I had learned it through online resources. Instead of clearing my doubt, he told me that if I was attending his class, I should not refer to other classes or resources, and that if I wanted to do that, I should only follow those instead of attending his class. I felt extremely insulted.

This is the kind of training and classroom experience I received there.

Let me give my honest opinion about Wizcore: they are very unprofessional and do not provide the support they promise. So guys, please don’t spend your money here. There are many other institutes that provide the same course at a much cheaper rate.

I lost my hard-earned money, so please stay away from Wizcore. Also, be careful about the promises made by the marketing team — they will say anything to get you to pay the fees.

I recently completed the Manual Software Testing Training, and I want to express my sincere gratitude to my tutor Mithun Kumar for the exceptional learning experience. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and well-prepared in every session. What impressed me most was his teaching approach — he never rushed through topics, and always took the time to explain concepts clearly, step-by-step. Whenever I found something difficult or confusing, he would patiently re-explain, use practical examples, and ensure I fully understood what I was studying before moving forward.

Thanks to his guidance, I have built a strong foundation in manual software testing, gained practical skills, and feel confident in applying what I have learned. I highly recommend his training to anyone looking to learn software testing — you will be in great hands with a tutor who truly cares about your understanding and progress.

Hello, I recently completed the Employee Central training in SuccessFactors, and it was a very valuable experience. The course was well-structured, practical, and covered all the key areas needed to build confidence in using the system effectively.

A special mention goes to my trainer, Dhriti Maitra, who was outstanding throughout the programme. She explained complex concepts clearly, was always patient, and ensured that everyone understood each topic before moving on. It has been an absolutely great journey for me, especially as this is a new field that I am transitioning into, moving from a Business Analyst role toward becoming an SAP S/4HANA Consultant.

Rahman took his time and worked at a steady pace, which really helped me ask questions and fully understand each step of the process. I appreciated the structured and supportive approach, as it made complex concepts much easier to grasp.

I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 because I would have appreciated more interactive sessions where students could come together to ask questions and collaborate. For example, open Slack channels or occasional Zoom rooms where tutors or available students could drop in to discuss topics and work through challenges together. I believe that kind of peer interaction would enhance the overall learning experience even further.

Overall, it has been a very positive and valuable experience.

Deepika has directed me throughout the sessions, including project work. It was an amazing experience and a good opportunity for me to step into the industry with much more confidence. Thank you Mam Deeepika, and I wish you all the best in future endeavours as well.

I’d like to express my appreciation to Deepika for the way she conducted the Data Analysis training sessions. Her deep knowledge about the entire sessions was evident throughout the course. The way she connected theoretical concepts to real-world project scenarios made the material much easier to understand and apply.
