Gil navigated a number of complexities and in unprecedented circumstances (COVID). I would wait an hour on the phone to speak to the bank, but Gil would respond to emails, texts and calls remarkably quickly.

I can highly recommended Wise Mortgages. Kit was extremely helpful during my application. Helped me understand the risks involved in purchasing this property which I was keen on. Unfortunately, I wouldn't have had capital gains in long run if I was to go ahead and invest in this property. It's only because of Kit I have managed to save future loses. I plan to use Wise Mortgage again in future.

Incredibly helpful and much lower cost than other brokers I spoke to. Using Wise meant my partner and I didn't have to attend meetings with banks and did everything from home. I had been reluctant to broker and preferred to do it myself, but the amount of time and stress saved was worth it by far. I would recommend anyone to use them.
