The service was ok, but the product was not. Windscreen wiper literally fell to bits on first use.

It was a great experience. Order arrived quickly. The wipers don’t fit unfortunately. They actually say they are for my car, but my car is a newer model, where they have obviously changed the wiper type on the newer cars.

I had tried to obtain wiper blades for my car, ŠKODA Karoq 2025, but couldn’t find them anywhere. Browsing the internet I found this company. What a find!
Their website is really logical and their fit checker told me that the blades I was being offered would fit my car. The front pair fitted really easily but there was a slight issue with the rear wiper. However, I got in touch with the customer services team and Alwyn, Chloe and Lewis could not have been more helpful in resolving the issue. I am now the proud owner of new blades all-round. A brilliant service with an excellent customer services team willing to take time and help as much as they can.

Couldn't get a pair of Bosch wipers anywhere else for the price paid on your site

Having previously purchased these items for some years, I was somewhat disappointed to receive my recent order in two plastic bags instead of the strong cardboard box that the items have always been in previously. The Bosch boxes were misshaped due to the inadequate external packaging.

For some reason order split into 2 consignments. 1 delivered promptly 2 days after shipping. Enquired re. other item but seller not helpful. Eventually turned up 3 days later. PO had repackaged as original packing damaged. Contents however ok and have fitted as required,but for overall experience could not give better rating.
