WindowEstore.com Anmeldelser

My husband and I appreciate that each of our questions were answered - not only answered, but our specific scenario was discussed and a plan of action suggested. Derek is a tremendous asset.

I’ll tell you more when I receive the window

Very good experience. Very thorough and helpful information.

The window is exactly what we wanted. The pickup location did not find our window when it should have been there. I called WindowEstore and they called the pickup location and fixed the problem immediately. The pickup location had mis-labeled the window. I am impressed on how quickly WindowEstore got this problem solved!

The ordering was easy and they upgraded me to double hung.

Called and confirmed my order. Ensured that my measurements were correct.

Great customer service over the phone. They always verify your order almost as soon as you submit it.

Quick response and flexible.

The ordering was straight-forward, and the staff friendly and efficient. I was mostly impressed by the high quality of the windows. The only very minor glitch is that the pre-drilled mounting holes at the top often lined up with the holes in the frame left by removing the old sash pulleys.

I’m telling you, if you need replacement windows, this is the place to get them from. Especially for custom sizes. Great pricing, top-notch customer service, and fast delivery. They will answer any questions you have and help you make decisions on the different options and types. Highly recommend

Awesome people make the company, very easy to interact with and they know there product, I’m a return customer and very happy!!!

It was very easy to navigate the web blind site. There are excellent instructions, videos, and other guidelines. Prices seemed comparable or even better, relative to other online window sites. Then to top it all off I get a personal call after placing the order just to make sure everything g is correct. Amazing!

Friendliness, helpfulness and the knowledge of what we needed for our situation were key elements during my experience. I was so worried about buying windows from an online store and being scammed. After talking to Derek, I knew that this was a legitimate business. He helped so much and is an expert at the window business. I am so happy with our product. The windows are amazing.

I received my order yesterday and I have only one slight issue. One of the nail flanges was cracked and just hanging. The administrative staff is second to none. I can not rate them high enough!! I will be placing my third order in the near future. Thank You for some really great windows that stand up to Minnesota weather!

Great customer service, helped me change an order over the phone easily.

Great customer service.
Top quality window

The windows were manufactured to the exact measurements provided. They appear well-crafted. Installation was as expected. We purchased 5 basement replacement windows. They were delivered on time and the price was reasonable with promotional discount.

This is our second purchase from WindowEstore. Our first were a pair of fixed glass windows for the basement.

If you want to DIY your windows Windowestore is definitely the way to go. Excellent results and if you need special shape windows, don’t hesitate to ask. I was concerned I need to get someone to replace those, but Derek was able to accommodate all my needs. Very happy with the results and service throughout!

Customer service is the best as well as the window quality!
